We had just arrived for our stay hungry and tired. The waiter was friendly and helpful and knowledgable We had a mixed platter of meats and cheeses washed down by a bottle of wine we are looking forward to our next meal.

Stayed for a week and the hotel was located inside the walls of the town so in easy reach of town centre. The hotel was full of character, very clean and rooms were a great size. Very good selection of food for breakfast each morning. The A/C was an issue, it seems that the main controls are turned off at...

The good: very nice looking place, very nice garden, the restaurant and backyard are extremely nice. The food was above avarage, the wine absolutely great. The serving was also good. Breakfast is also really good. The bad: we had a room that didn't look as close as the pictures on the website. But that was not a problem. It had...

We stayed for a week in one of the apartments, with appealing antique furniture and decor, including an old built-in bread owen (inactive, of course). Hotel rooms - some of which are historically and luxuriously furnished and decorated - are also a choice. It was a great experience just to explore the multiple corners and corridors in this magnificent 14th...

Really beautiful hotell in the peaceful town of Figline. We were blown away by the whole interior which is a mix between an old castle and modern design. Well kept and clean as well. Really good breakfast to be eaten in the morning sun of the courtyard under the curtains of ivy. Nice "indoor" pool with a few sun beds...

The hotel used to be a monastery. It has very unique medieval feel to it. It has nice decor but at night, it felt a bit creepy. We like the indoor/outdoor swimming pools. For the outdoor swimming pool, you'd have to reserve a day in advance (especially on weekends). The indoor pool has large windows that also feel like an...

We were totally impressed and pleased with our stay! Indescribably beautiful - a gorgeously updated mid-15th century villa. Definitely take the wine-tasting tour. Tante grazie, Danella. And, definitely dine in the Taverna! Faisal, you made our stay perfect!

After needing a stopover after a very hot and long day on a motorcycle we were please to find a Twin Room available. The hotel is a great find with lovely staff, great pool and lovely restaurant. Was nice to find Air Con in the room too. Many old relics in the courtyard give the hotel a living museum feel...

We were here for a week. A fantastic place to stay. There is not much to do in the near vicinity, so would recommend to have a car. Short drive to Greve in Chianti and Siena. And not that far from Pisa. The restaurant at the hotel has really good food, but the waiters are a bit slow, so do...

I was on a business trip and was brought here by the lovely people at Artelinea. This place really took my breath away, it's absolutely gorgeous, built within the city walls it has soo much charm and character. We had the most beautiful authentic Italian meal accompanied with the best red wine to ever pass my lips! I am seriously...
