La habitación fue muy cómoda y acogedora. Existieron calefactores que permitió dormir sin el frío de Papallacta. La persona que nos recibió era muy amable, incluso nos dio indicaciones de como llegar al hotel desde Quito. Sin embargo, considero que la ubicación del hotel esta muy alejada de las termas, además que es difícil de ubicarla en la noche.

Our room was clean, with a warm comfortable bed, could have done with a side table and a shelf in bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee freely available in reception. There is a restaurant downstairs which was doing good trade although we didn't eat there. Negatives: Hot water in shower very sporadic, you have to run it for ages to get hot. On the 2nd night we had none? The parking area is muddy and rocky, so difficult to get in and out without stepping in mud, there seems to be more construction going on at the back. The property is next to main road and the cock starts crowing at 4am. There's nowhere to sit out.
