Nestling in the corner of the market square with the rock and perched church behind it, this little hotel is perfect. A comfortable clean room with nice shower, friendly staff at a reasonable price. Breakfast was amazing, perfect croissants, fresh bread, a choice of jams snd honey, orange juice natural yogurt and help yourself to hot drinks. Would readily use again.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was very noisy from both the street and adjacent rooms. We were also disturbed in the morning by people knocking on the door. We explained all of this to the hotel manager who was extremely unhelpful and rude. We strong advise travellers to avoid this hotel. A poor experience and terrible customer service. A real shame.

Excellent service, good food & no flies! We hadn't tried this restaurant until our last day in Castellane & found it to be very good & a fair price with good quality food cooked well. The house wine was also good & a fair price. It was so nice not to be fighting flies off our food.

We were staying for a night in nearby La Garde but the restaurant there was full. Drove back in to Castellane and found this nice wee restaurant just off the town square. Service, food, presentation and wine were all really nice. Reasonably good value for money also.

We ate here because the menu in our hotel did not appeal, a lovely traditional French meal at avert reasonable price. Decent size portions, wine by the pichet, excellent prompt service and very good food. We would definitely go back if we stay in castellain again
