Spent three nights at this beautiful hotel. I particularly marveled at the security card service, though frustrating sometimes in the elevator but the intent is noted. You have very friendly staff, especially, Oscar and Lennox were very helpful in the Restuarant. I can't forget Sis Thandeka who made my eggs. It was great service all round. I was not impressed...

The employee service are always consistently friendly, helpful and competent. The interior of the hotel is stunning and I have never been disappointed by the value of the meals, the music, the ambiance, the quiet and peacefulness of the rooms and an excellent night's rest. The rooms are kept in immaculate condition and every trip, even if it is for...

Can't say enough about the staff at Hotel. From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel at home. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms spic n' span, the shuttle service to the Waterfront was excellent and on time, the breakfast was superb. Consider this one when you are in Cape Town!

This hotel is conveniently situated close to the waterfront and the southern suburbs. The rooms are neat although small. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is good value although the breakfast is a bit pricey.

Again and again we have enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel. The facilities and the ambience lends itself to constructive discussions and enjoyable relaxed evenings without the city hustle and bustle. The food was excellent with a good selection for both the vegans, the banters and those who enjoyed their meat. The rooms were lovely and I liked being able...

Checked in for two nights. The cupboard was so small could not fit a suite on a coat hanger into the cupboard. Ironing board & iron took up so much space. TV remote with flat batteries, towel rail pulling out of wall. Dirty carpets.

Dear Susan F, Thank you for your review in October. In review of your stay we could see that you indeed had one of the smallest rooms in the hotel. In this specific room I agree that the essential standard iron and ironing board do take up a great deal of space. Poor room checks and maintenance were evident during...

I love this hotel! Will be staying there again! Please stock up my mini bar next time I visit : (. Not sure if there is a option on the HHonours app to select that. I loved the branded scent as you enter the hotel by the way

Located in Capetown this hotel is a decent hotel considering the location and the quietness .The rooms are of reasonable dimensions, just adequate for a couple. The service is good. The rooms facing the mountain give a superb view and make the travellers aware that the life in Cape town begins much early than the rest of Africa.
