San Valentino is a very nice villa with a big swimming pool, perfectly located close to the beautiful ancient town Amelia and the historic village Lugnano (less than 1 hour to Rome's airports). Giuditta and her family are the most welcoming people you can meet. Having run a well-known restaurant in Rome, they know everything about excellent food and hospitality. Everything is perfectly clean and the garden, the swimming pool and the surroundings are very well kept. In the mornings, we had marvellous home-made cakes, superb coffee and a varied and healthy breakfast. In Giuditta's olive trees grow the olives from which she produces olive oil for some of the best restaurants in Rome. We had wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables from her big garden. It is a great place to relax, to enjoy food and to discover the untouched parts of Umbria. If you have a bit more time, you can go running or cycling in the surrounding green hills and you do not need to go very far if you want to try horse-back riding. Giuditta and her husband Francesco were extremely helpful and gave us advice on the historic sights, events, very good local restaurants and the secret beautiful places in the area (she also speaks English and French). This summer was our second stay at Villa San Valentino and we look forward to return to this beautiful spot!"

For several years now, we keep coming back to Giuditta and her family in Villa San Valentino near Amelia. They are the most wonderful and helpful hosts you can imagine, and we enjoy the house, the swimming pool and the garden so much. In summer, every day there is something fresh from the garden for breakfast - fruit, homemade jam and delicious cakes. Amelia and the surrounding villages have found the secret of welcoming people and keeping its charms and flavours. If you come in July and August, do not miss the numerous festivities.

I love anything that sounds, smells and represents love. This is the villa behind the story of San Valentine. It is the reason lovers day was declared febuary 14. On one of my many trips on my network marketing trip I passed through terni comparing prices of different suppliers

We stayed with friends for 2 nights. Beautiful place, kept very well, spacious rooms and huge bathroom but above all clean. The kindness, politeness and helpfulness of Giuditta & family are from 10 and praise! Ideal for relaxing with a swimming pool, but also a starting point for various nearby villages... to visit. The breakfast was superb. Sweet and salty with
Typical and quality products.
We left yesterday and already would book the next holiday in this beautiful place. Thank you Giuditta, people like you... make a difference. See you soon. Daria and Lucio.

Returning from Calabria we stopped here discovering a very beautiful area of central Italy with historic villages and hilly dirt roads.
L 'farm is a Villa of the past well maintained with beautiful garden surrounded by a very relaxing landscape.
Very good breakfast.
The hospitality of the lady who runs it was great.
Recommended.
