Mid town location, clean, warm reception, comfortable bed-- mine standard 'single' full size, no bedbugs, food OK. Just a bit pricy for the area-- my walk-in price was 3,500 / 37 USD. Think you can do cheaper. Go for 3rd floor room, except that's another 3 flights up from reception, which is 3 flights up from the entrance. Quite a...

Hotel is in the middle of the Kitale town...it does not offer ground transfers from the Kitale airstrip to or from the hotel. (20km away)... you have to look for your own means. (very stone age management ). The manager himself (Phillip) reports late every morning, and insists that you wait for him before checking out...else they'll hold you hostage...

Stay here only if you are on a very tight budget, or if you have no other viable option. Rooms are like rat holes with hardly any place to move around the bed, leave alone in the room. Bathrooms are nothing but mediocre.

Awesome service and comfortable place to stay. I loved their buffet breakfast as it included traditional foods like sweet potatoes etc. The rooms were quite okay but they need repairs especially leakages in the washrooms

Truly I didn't expect such a place in Kitale, which I expected to be quite remote. The rooms are ok, small but clean with a nice shower. I didn't watch any TV in the room because the TV is fitted so high on the right side of the bed and blocked by the mosquito net so there was no particular...

You don't expect much from a hotel out in this part of Kenya, but I had a great bed with the softest sheets. Shower was clean with warm water. Ask for a room with a balcony. No elevator and you need to walk up what seemed like 5 flights of stairs to get to the hotel reception desk, then it...

Situated at the edge of the quieter side of the CBD is this little gem. We were gladly surprised by how clean this hotel was seeing that it was situated in the CBD. The staff were very nice and helpful while checking in and out. They have secure parking and you need not pay the council parking fees of Kshs...
