Stayed there for one night on the way back to UK. Pleasant little hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! Very good base if you want to visit Phantasialand - our next goal! Shopping centre just across the road with a very good Chinese restaurant.

The hotel located opposite of a little shopping center. Fee parking available. The room was very clean, nice beds. The bathroom spotless clean, but no bathroom products besides showergel. So take your own shampoo, etc. We had a quiet night. Breakfast was more than enough. The hotel has no bar, but there is one little 'kneipe' just next door.

Downside is no bar or restaurant just a drinks vending...

They couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating to all of us. It's conveniently located to all of Bruhl, but it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Doesn't...

Hotel Am Stern is simple, but clean. Off-street parking, on the pedestrian street, all of Bruhl is within walking distance. The room was nice sized and while without view, it was quiet. Shower was small and take care, or you'll bump the mixer for a shock. Breakfast was nice enough and the staff was super-friendly. WIFI doesn't make it beyond...

We were in the hotel during a business trip for several days. The rooms are clean, the location is OK, the hotel had some convenient parking possibilities. However there were some problems and misunderstanding with the booking, and the solution was not the best either.

Stayed at this hotel first weekend in December, on Christmas Markets trip, handily situated for Bonn and Cologne markets. Room on third floor was fine, and considering budget price of trip, had all we required. Considering they take in a lot of British trips, they could try to have a BBC TV channel! Breakfast was good, and better than expected....
