Booked a Suite and a Junior Suite, and the overall impression is very good. + Nice rooms, even though I expected more. Clean and tidy. Service minded and helpful staff, who really makes you feel special. Nice atmosphere. Comfortable beds. - It gets easily crowded at breakfast. The rooms are located in different buildings and you literally walk on the...

Needed a place to stay on the way to Stockholm and stumbled over this lovely old hotel. We arrived late and was directed to a room in its own little house. The room was large and beautifully appointed wit good quality toiletries, heated floor etc. Breakfast (included) was amazing - and individually arranged very tastefully. When asked for gluten free...

Charming ambiance, perfect location and an almost authentic historical feel... but although the service is friendly, it does not live up to a four star rating. This was the third time we stayed here (we wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt) and the take away feeling is nothing short of disappointment. We waited close to an...

A wonderful quaint hotel in Gränna. Once again we had the Victoria Suite, which they seem to have changed around a bit - the furniture had been rearranged and it was better. And no plastic flowers any more! As before, a jacuzzi. It was rather warm - there is no aircon but 2 large fans were provided in the room....

The town it self is worth a visit, postcard villiage with a lot of sweet shops! The hotel was very romantic, nice old cottages converted into B&B style rooms. Everything worked very well at the hotel and it was very quite. The bath room was quite small, which is understandably when the cottage was most likely 100 years old, but...

The first time we visited this hotel, the owners were on leave and the parents had stepped in to help. Although all was very charming, the service was non-existant. It wasn´t even possible to get coffee. We landed up getting thai around the corner... We wouldn´t mind this if the price of the room had been adjusted accordingly. The second...

I like places like that. Charming, nice with a soul. I have chosen this place on my business trip to Stockholm because it is very close to higway and located by one of the biggest lakes in Sweden. Breakfast was good and service really nice.

A quaint, delightful, boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. Stayed just one night in a very nice room, with "period" furniture. An excellent buffet breakfast is served in an equally charming dining room. The hotel is located about a km from the harbour. Only criticism is the bathroom could be better equipped and more toiletries supplied.
