Very nice hotel located on the foot of the monolite rock- the king's hunting lodge converted into a very beautiful hotel ; we had a grand heritage room , very nice room, great bed, we had a good sleep an not enough time to use the swimming pool and to be in the nice garden. Because we had two activities...

This is the most wonderful place imaginable. An old hunting lodge, converted in the 90s into a beautiful, atmospheric hotel. The staff were amazing. The rooms were unpretentious and the beds were so comfortable. We had a late lunch and a snack in the evening; the food was the best I'd eaten in ten days! It was delicious Indian food...

The property is stunning - an old palace tastefully modernised. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The manager was very professional and came to introduce herself at dinner. We had a "Jharoka" room in the modern wing. It was well appointed, clean, and had a wonderful view of Elephant Rock from the balcony. The air conditioning worked very well....

This has to be one of the best places i have stayed for many reasons. The gardens and rooms are thoughtfully designed, laid out and wonderfully decorated. The staff are extremely professional and there was a real sense of pride amongst them. Not surprising with the fabulous immaculately bleached uniforms and turbans giving them quite the majestic look. The service...

We stayed at Rawla Narlai in the first week of March 2017. Although it was a little hot during the day, the nights were pleasant. It's boutique hotel with artfully done up rooms. The bed side lamp made from an iron helm was one of many things that gives this place is own character. The service and food was excellent....

We stayed one evening in Rawla Narlai on our journey towards Udaipur. What a spiritual and unique town with a five start property hidden inside. Gareema the general manager was fantastic, calling us before our arrival with a nice introduction and welcome drink. Lalu was managing every aspect of food and beverage service with perfection. A must do is a...

This is a stonkingly good place to stay. It's peaceful, well kept, superbly managed and stunning. It also seems to sit in harmony with its village allowing it to feel that you are part of rural life, albeit in great comfort. The lady who runs the hotel is excellent. All staff are friendly. The food is very good indeed, and...

The Stepwell Dinner : Guests are taken on a magical journey from the Rawla through the village streets into the jungle before arriving at the 1100 year old “step well”. The magical setting is brought to life by dimly lit oil lamps that illuminate the setting through flickering light.
