This quaint little inn faces a small business street that looks like it may have been built during the dark ages, but the actual entrance is through a small courtyard on the rear of the building facing the Seine. That is where you should park. The street you'll be on is aptly called Grimoult Berges de Seine because all that...

Situated by the river this is a nice place to stay. The host was friendly and spoke English. In summer we can imagine the garden would be a nice place to be, no so in December. Parking is in the street, this could be contested in warmer months (there was a courtyard, so secure parking is possible, but was not...

Serenity beside the Seine. Truly delightful. Superb breakfast, a charming bedroom, a peaceful and relaxing garden where you can just sit with a good book and a glass of wine and chill and last but not least, a lovely & generous host. No problem with the Wi-Fi reception in our room. Highly recommended.

Villa Alienor was originally a coach stop from the 18th century and then has been a succession of hotels after that. We did not stay here as we had private accommodation for the weekend, but stopped by one evening for drinks in their garden with views of the Seine. What a beautiful calm and relaxing area with many little swallows...

What a place. Breathtaking in every way. A beautiful, peaceful garden and wonderful hosts who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and superbly decorated with everything matching. Warm, thick towels, Tea and coffee making facilities and the views. One can sit in the garden and watch the barges move slowly up and down the river with the...

Villa Alienor is a beautiful spot in Les Andelys. We had the "chambre Irresistible", which is at the very end of the hallway (upstairs), so we had neighbours on only one side. It was a very quiet room, therefore. The only time we heard other guests was when they were in the hallway. From our room we had a wonderful...

We booked Villa Alienor through trip advisor for the first time at quite short notice. Although we had difficulty locating the villa at first, we were absolutely delighted when we arrived. A beautiful location, a lovely welcome, a delightful room and the garden enveloped us with its fragrance and colours. We had driven for a while so immediately enjoyed a...

The ambience of this perfectly located B&B couldn't be better -- in an old converted hotel (formerly Hotel Normandie) with its entrance through a flowery courtyard off a little street facing the Seine. Parking was easy on that street (Quai Grimoult) even though we arrived early on a Saturday evening. The rooms are one floor up the stairs (no lift)...

If it could be bettered, we don't know how. It will be on our short list of most memorable places. Thank you, Nadine, for your friendly disposition and your willingness to go beyond the call of duty. P&P
