I stayed for two nights here during my trip to Raja Ampat (Arborek-Wayag) and Misool. The first night I stayed in Room 420. The AC was functioning well, but I couldn't turn on the TV. The next day I stayed in Room 320, the TV was functioning well, but the AC took a long time to make the room cold....

One night in this place is a night too many. Dirty, smelly, run down, disgusting place. Breakfast included but after one look at it I just walked away. Probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed at.

We spent one night: in this hotel, with good things and less good ones. -good: room renovated recently, clean , good bedding; young and very friendly staff; we have benefited from a discount that we had not requested; located near the airport and the port; -medium: breakfast lacking in freshness, served in a not cosy room by a poor motivated...

One night was far too long at Hotel Mariat. I paid $119 for the second worst hotel I've ever stayed at (see my review of the Grand Hotel Pisa for the absolute worst!). The lobby area is hot, dirty, noisy and smelly. The room was actually not that bad - clean laundry, a comfortable bed and plenty of tv channels,...

I spent one night in November 2013 in Mariat Hotel Sorong. They charged me 770.000 IDR (about 50 EUR) for a room facing to the extremly noisy street (could get nearly no sleep). Bathroom was dirty, strange dust was coming from the ceiling. No hot water available. At checkout, I complained at the hotel manager, but he did not give...

Being on the main road in Sorong, it's a given that it will be noisy, although not something every guest will think through before booking. If you're a light sleeper, this will be your nightmare. We'd paid extra for one of the better rooms which had a window, I've heard others don't, they might be quieter. Although the bed and...

I have just visited the hotel, my company was holding a meeting consisting of 80 persons there. Judging from the outside, I thought that the hotel might have seen better days, but as I walk inside, it turned out that not all of my presumptions were proven correct. Probably a typical 2-3 star, the hotel is very close to the...
