My wife and I booked the Hotel Villa Monte as it was close to the Schouwburg Cultuurplein where rock legends 10cc were playing. On our arrival we were amazed by the beautiful hotel building. On our entrance were greeted as if we were friends. The room was totally amazing with the biggest bed we have ever seen. The hotel is...

This was the only decent looking place to stay in the area other then a travel lodge type place some 15km away. We arrived around 2130hrs on a Friday and as there's no restaurant in the hotel we had to try and find somewhere to eat. Most restaurants were closed. We ate the local theatre cafe/bar. The bedroom smelled of...

An attractive building in the heart of a rather nondescript town. Good size tastefully decorated room boasting a comfortable bed. Attractive white tiled bathroom. No dining facilities although a perfectly adequate breakfast is served in an airy conservatory. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have to come to Heist-op-den-Berg, then I imagine this is the place to stay.

It is a former residential house converted to hotel situated on the main street. Very well done with modernised rooms and the breakfast room a glass covered courtyard. I loved the stay and the beautiful staircase ;)

A great place to stay and a wonderful location. The rooms are big and modern. The staff are fantastic. My last trip here Cynthia was working and this time Tom was here. Both highly professional, helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my time here and will always stay at this hotel in the future if I am in Heist.

Very accommodating. Good value and nice. Nice enclosed glass breakfast room. With attentive breakfast person. Great central location to some small restaurants, chocolates, shops, etc. This is common for some European hotels, so..if you room does not have a screen...keep your window closed and/ drape closed to avoid an occasional mosquito entry. I have stayed here several times and will continue....

Could have been better judging from appearances and price, on the second day no hot water in the morning and poor internet connection . Very simple breakfast , room clean but cold no fridge or TV bathroom very clean. Overall calm and relaxed atmosphere

I stayed on here for 2 nights on business in December. The room was cozy and basic. Staff was very nice and friendly. Willing to go above and beyond. I arrived from the States early one morning, and the staff brought me coffee and biscuits to help me acclimate to the time change. Also assisted with taxis and train information....

Stayed her for one night due to work, arrived fairly late but the lady in reception was very accommodating and even reserved me a table at the local Italian, hotel very nice and modern, breakfast was lovely with plenty on offer, Reception booked me a taxi without fuss, Would stay again if needed without doubt.
