For $65 do not look any further if looking for a cheap hotel. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at, icemaker, bathtub, newer laminate flooring instead of gross carpet, comfy beds, fridge, hairblower, table n chairs and even had quartz counter vanity.

The rooms are very tastefully redone without carpet which is a plus for a pet-friendly hotel. Staff was accommodating when trying to fix the tv. The only disappointment is the heavy cat urine odor as you enter the front lobby, possibly due to the 9 cats there. If you have a cat allergy, you want to avoid this place. We stayed on the 2nd floor and didnt smell the odor there.

I have stayed at Motel 6 in Innisfail for about 6 weeks. The owners and staff are dedicated and treat everyone with kindness. The rooms and public areas are clean. Pets are honoured as family members. It's, in particular, a great motel for cats. Often motels claim to be pet friendly, but when you call or show up, it's "but not cats". I've been very comfortable staying here while finding a place to live. I recommend Innisfail Motel 6 to anyone who chooses to respect others.

I had reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. We showed up Thursday night to check in at around 7pm. The owner at the front looked very puzzled that I would be checking in. He asked to see my drivers license and then proceeded to tell me he cancelled my rooms as he thought our event was cancelled in Olds. He didn't call me to see if it was or not. He took it upon himself to assume and cancel my reservation. They then didn't even have the rooms I reserved available or any appropriate rooms. Who just takes it upon themselves to cancel your reservation without calling 1st to see if you were still coming. We than called another hotel back in Olds with great service who couldn't believe themselves that a another hotel would just take upon themselves to cancel someone's reservation. The owner at the desk was also quite rude and not accommodating to say the least. I had another friend who also had a reservation booked who called to cancel her room as we were no longer staying and he was even rude and disrespectful towards her wanting to cancel. So all in all they lost 3 reservations which were made a month prior and could really have cared less. Thank goodness there was rooms available in Olds with the Rodeo and festivals being Cancelled otherwise we would not have gotten a hotel room for our event with our Dogs. I would NEVER recommend this motel to anyone as you don't know if you will have a room upon your arrival with a reservation...

Nicole, Hello my name is Joy, I am the Manager and Owner of Motel 6 Innisfail, not the confused gentleman you met that night. Please allow me to apologize for all the mistakes I made in regards to your reservation being cancelled. Also let me explain our side of the story. On September 15th, the government declared another state of emergency. Events through out Alberta were being cancelled or postponed. When this happens we experience a flood of cancellations. Our Motel went from being at full capacity to having a large amount of availability in just a few hours. Yours was the only reservation that did not cancel and unfortunately I made a mistake and assumed you would not be coming. Many times when an event is cancelled, guests do not call in a cancellation, especially if they are exempt from a cancellation penalty. I also unfortunately failed to inform the night clerk of the cancellation because of my assumption that you were cancelling with the rest. This is why he was so confused. We did have availability that night, the only thing we could not provide you with was a kitchenette, which is what i understand you were very upset about. Our night clerk did attempt to reinstate the reservation with you and we would have accomodated you for the night, free of charge. Please accept our deepest apologies in all that went wrong that night, and contact us at 403-227-2214 so that we may offer a gift to resolve the issue.

Our most Favorite motel to stay at, Staff, Owner are fantastic and exstreammly clean. Breakfast is hot and cold, pet Friendly. This Motel 6 is #1 to us, Through our travels. If you want space and clean and pet friendly at great price this is home away from home.

Clean and quiet, facilitating a peaceful and restful stay in spite of proximity to the highway. Coffee and muffins greet you in the mornings. Rooms are very clean and spacious, with a very well stocked kitchenette. Staff are exceptionally helpful and courteous ensuring your stay is comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff here are very , very friendly , clean and bright . The management are up to date on all aspects .I call them a very loving family , and the housekeeping are amazing and keep everything up to par . Need anything extra and they deliver . Very helpful. You also get fresh coffee and a muffin in the morning , nice to wake up to . YUM! I am still here loving it .

The hotel stay here was amazing, nice big room with large shower. Very clean from common areas to the room. Internet worked well and the free breakfast was great. The hotel also has a nice gym with lots of equipment. Staff were friendly and super quick to help during the check-in and check-out process. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

We definitely recommend Motel 6 in Innisfail! The rooms are smartly designed with NO CARPET, super clean, and pets are welcome... It's within walking distance of every need, the staff are excellent, and you cannot beat the price for the quality of stay!
