Experienced some trouble at the checkin due to a misunderstanding between hotels.com and the hotel, so they did not have a family room available. This was quickly sorted out by the staff and we were given a very nice accommodation very close to the hotel. Both receptionist and owner were very friendly and helpful and we had a great stay!

This is a great hotel with a very kind staff and where immediately you feel at home!!! The room is very comfortable although the bathroom is small. It is hard to get a room here but I was lucky. Next to the church location close to the best restaurants. Just relax here and enjoy your stay. Very nice French breakfast...

We stayed there a week. Nice staff. Basic breakfast which was fine by us but others may expect more. Central courtyard very pretty, perfect ambience for outdoor dining in summer. Restaurant offerings average however. Room quite small and not efficiently arranged in terms of furniture, but pleasant enough. Tiny TV screen in far corner of room from bed. Note that...

Dirty aperitif glass, pissed-off waitress, fish soup from a jar, and a very average aioli...in brief, nothing interesting! I would not go again and I would not recommend this restaurant. I have not tried the hotel.

I had long planned to go to visit Porquerolles and finally manged to do so this Easter. I followed the advice of a couple of magzines that advertised this hotel. The website looked good and aligned to our expectations. The price was really high and we thought the place would hold to it in terms of quality. Unfortunately we experienced...

I booked my stay (2 chambres communiquantes) and only looked at the reviews afterwards. Obviously was a bit worried about my stay there, but honestly, they must have changed the personel and renovated the hotel because it was absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean, provence style, very tastefully decorated, the personnel charming, helpful, polite, the meals quite acceptable: breakfast buffet...

I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit Porquerroles. There were some positive reviews about it in guide books but I was also aware that there were very negative reviews on this website. For the most part I would have to agree with the earlier reviews. The rooms are very dated and tired. Some would call this Provencale charm....

wanted to spend a night on Porquerolles in a busy period (may 1st). last thing available, apparently, was one of the bungalows adjoining this hotel. "tres joli" they told me. actually it was a little room with built-in water closet: no dividing walls between the beds and the makeshift bathroom. imbarrassing experience. when i told the owner that this is...

We did not have any chance to go there as they had overbooked the hotel! We had booked a week before and sent money to confirm the room, but when we came in, they just replied they had never heard about us!! And of course never received our cheque.... We eventually to find a room at Villa Ste Anne in...

I haven't even had the experience to know the hotel. I had planned to send my parents there for a week-end this June and made a reservation. As a guarantee for the night reservation they took 150€ through my credit card but never told me about any cancellation policy. 1 month before I unfortunately had to cancel it but the...
