Simple, clean accommodation. Friendly staff and good cooking. For the cold nights bring something warm - although there is a fire lit by the staff and kept going through the evening hours, the uninsulated straw roof lets, unfortunately, most of the heat out.

The road from the lodge to the backpackers house is terrible; there is almost no road. They turned the generator off at 20:00 while your pamphlets said 22:00. Since you have someone there servicing the rooms and kitchen area, why not let her have boiling...More

Yes. The trip up takes about two hours with the photo stops. There isn’t much to do at the top unless you like walking - walk along top of mountain for some spectacular shots of the winding road you have just travelled... More
