We stayed here one night with the monsters (aged 6&9) in the family room. The room was spacious & well laid out. It was clean & had the usual facilities that you expect from a b&b. There was also all the lovely character from staying in a barn. We all slept wonderfully. Breakfast was a delight & the hosts were...

We stayed here for one night last summer during a trip to Wales, the breakfast was great and the room is nicely decorated but keeping its historical style. The location is convenient for driving, the environment is peaceful and there are supermarkets nearby.

Booked an overnight stay to attend a wedding at the Orangery, Margam. So easy to locate from the M4 and just a short taxi ride to the venue. A lovely homely feel, spotlessly clean and nice touches like hot chocolate on the hot drinks tray. Very tasty breakfast and friendly hosts. Great value and will use again if back in...

Beautifully converted barn. We booked the family room which was large, double bed and two single beds, ample wardrobe space and a nice en suite bathroom. Breakfast was in the farm house, good choice of juice/cereal/fruit and a hearty breakfast with plenty of toast tea and coffee. Hosts were welcoming and attentive. Excellent value for money.

A great B&B. I would certainly suggest here to anyone that is considering booking a hotel in or around Port Talbot. Its no more expensive and you will receive a far more personal service. It's located just 2 miles down the road from Margam. Beautiful building - inside & out. Lovely breakfast.

Great place- well run! The family is wonderful and welcoming. Rooms are perfect and comfortable, our kids and us had plenty of room. Located just off M4- easy on and off. Would recommend to get diner in Mumbles vs Swansea though.

Staying at the barn was an absolute delight. Lovely building surveyed by a lovely couple. Very attentive hosts, friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was a single in the converted barn. It had absolutely everything that I needed and lots of extra little touches that made my stay a pleasure. Breakfast was superb. I would thoroughly recommend. Thanks...

Lovely stone finished building with lots of history that the owner is happy to share with you. Tasty breakfast in a traditional farmhouse dining room. Comfy superking bed, hot shower and a cuppa with plenty of clothes storage and tv. The rooms are well apppointed and cosy. The double glazed windows are great for soundproofing & keeping the rooms warm....

I stayed at The Barn during a brief visit to South Wales for outdoor activities. The downstairs single room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Phil and Barbara are friendly and welcoming and the full Welsh breakfast was delightful. All-in-all this was a very pleasant stay and great value for money. Highly recommended!
