Great value B&B in a good location for visiting North Devon. Nice room with small bathroom - shower, no bath but we prefer that. The bed was a huge king size and very comfortable for a good nights sleep. The owners very friendly and called us straight away to say we had left a pair of glasses in the room....

We stayed in Cherry Lodge and it was everything that has been said before. Clean, modern and contained everything you want and need. The hot tub was loved by all and was a welcome site after a long walk or even a short one. It was very dog friendly with lovely walks on the Tarka Trail. Peter is very welcoming...

We stayed at one of the Orchard Lodges at Lower Yelland Farm and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The Apple Lodge where we were was clean, spacious, modern and perfect as romantic getaway a first anniversary for my girlfriend and I. It would also ideally suit a family vacation, holiday place for friends or whatever. It had everything...

We stayed in room 5 on the ground floor. Ideal for our elderly labrador as stairs difficult for him now. A warm welcome from Jane and we soon sampled her delicious fruit cake with a welcome cuppa after our journey. Fresh milk supplied in fridge in dining room, lovely, much better than UHT! Our room was immaculately clean and we...

We stayed in BlackBerry lodge with my mum, daughter and our 3 dogs. Very clean and modern lodge with a private hot tub. We were welcomed by Peter with a loaf of fresh home baked bread and jam which was very welcome after our 6 hr journey. Very close to the tarka trail which is excellent for walkers or bikers....

Just got back from 4 nights in orchard lodge. Peter messaged us on our way down to tell us the lodge was ready early so we didn't have to wait for the normal 16:00 check in. When we did arrive the key is in a secure key box so no having to wait at a reception. To say the lodge...

Stayed at the B&B for two nights mid week during May half term. Very quiet peaceful just a few minutes from the Tarka trail, you can hire the bikes there rather than take your own. Lovely little touches, homemade bread and preserves, real milk for the rooms and even homemade cake! Would definitely stay there again!! Peter very friendly and...

We stayed in Apple Lodge for a long weekend, 6 of us and two dogs. The lodge was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing and there was a gated area of grass for the dogs to go outside where we knew they would be safe. Lovely home made bread and jam for us when...

We have stayed in many 'dog friendly' lodges and this is the first one that is actually dog friendly. The gate on the decking into the huge enclosed play area for the dogs is fab meaning we can chill in the hot tub and the boys can play in the garden. Might of been good to have a little poo...
