In general it is a good hotel, although it could use a little renovation.
Despite this, the rooms are like apartments (living room/kitchen with TV and sofa bed), large bathroom and bedroom (also with TV) with a very comfortable mattress and terrace. Everything very clean.
The breakfast is not bad (but in other hotels of the same chain there is more variety of food).
The staff is super friendly (we met Fernando) and they are super friendly with customers and very decisive.
I would give one more star if it weren't for the fact that the water in the "spa" was frozen.
In general the hotel is quite good. We would return.

Positive, Very clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom with all hygiene products.
Hotel staff with very friendly and professional attitude. Thank Fernando and Emma for their concern for our well-being, attentive to our needs and doubts. There is good mutual help between the hotel staff, from the receptionist to the maintenance technician.
Full breakfast, nothing was missing.
Negative, parking the vehicle indoors requires you to fetch a key from the garage at the reception and then put it back, instead of a key, the use of a remote control by user would be excellent. Beach 4 minutes away on foot, without many people, with a lifeguard, excellent, except for the very fine and hard sand.
Two Pools, one in the garden excellent for adults and children, on the top building the pool with Spa, superb

The reception staff are useless and dont care when a problem arises, maids dont clean rooms properly, dont empty bins in room, leave terrace doors wide open, just gont back to room after day out found maid master key card left in our room so door was able to be pushed open anyone could of walked in. Informed reception and she laughed and didnt care just said yes that's a master key to all rooms so I could of in theory walked into anyone's room and helped my self, no life guard around pool. Also twice during breakfast and we was 1st couple into restaurant the coffee machine hadn't been refilled with water.
I would recommend staying somewhere else and this shouldn't be a 4* hotel should be a 2* at most

We arrived and the staff was very nice, and the rooms/suites ok and clean. But then it all went down hill, most of the facilities where not open, and when we asked they told us they wehere closing down for the season. that was not mentioned anywhere when we booked. the little food they could offers us in the resteurant was so sad, cold sandwiches and eggs. everything else they did not have. the information around the hotell was all wrong and missleading. such a shame as we where looking so forward to this stay, but to save our wacation we checked out after one day and found another awsome place to spend wacation.

When we arrived in our room it looked as expected, it was a clean and well laid out apartment style room with fridge freezer, microwave etc.
However the room was extremely hot and the air-con did nothing to help this. We decided to go to the bar to cool off. On arriving at the bar it was unstaffed so we rang the buzzer and waited. After waiting 15 minutes we went to reception and the lady walking there came to get us a drink. We told the receptionist who came up and agreed it was too hot, she rang a colleague who came up and said it would cool down in about 30 minutes, it took around 5 hours to cool down.
That evening as realised the room didn't have any glasses for water, or any cutlery or plates. One of the reasons we picked an apartment style was that I had recently had surgery and it was possible I wouldn't be able to eat out all the time.
The bar wasn't staffed all week so after a while we gave up trying to get a drink. The pool was meant to be opened at 9am but on one day it still wasn't open by 11am and people we're waiting to go out.
The Wi-Fi didn't work all week despite signs everywhere saying that it was free throughout the hotel. The receptionist simply said that it's doesn't work sometimes.
The food was poor, preferring the same dish on the menu 2 days in a row would get different dishes served to you. On one day we were served a single tomato on a bed of chocolate brownie with warm coconut milk poured on. It was very strange and not nice. On another day we waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes without seeing any staff, we knocked on the kitchen door and there was no answer. We told reception who said that staff were around so we waited another 10 min. After that we decided to go to the local deli and buy cheese and bread as we were fed up of waiting.
I can't comment on the quality of the spa as we decided not to try it, the construction tape around the jacuzzi put us off.
On the positive side, the staff were reasonably friendly but the hotel was massively understaffed.

Dear customer, first at all, I want to thank you for taking a time to post your experience at our hotel. Well, honestly, I'm very surprised about your negative comment. WI-FI works slowly sometimes, but air-conditioning up in the rooms normally works the right way. In the rooms, you have material like plates, knifes, spoons, glasses, but the hotel is not published as an apartment, because it doesn't consist of a kitchen, but of an office, which is not the same. The office is not for cooking, it's just to store some things in the fridge or warm up anything you want in the microwave, but nothing else. Concerning to the bar, there's a bell in case anybody is down there and needs to be attended and in less tan 5 min. the staff should be down there. If that was not the case, I'm sorry for that. Normally, it doesn't happen. You' ve written down that the pool was closed at 11 am. Another big surprise for me. The automatic door that leads to the pool is open from 8.00 am. I can't imagine what could happen on that day. Again, sorry for the troubles. The only thing I can say is that we work hard every day, just to achieve our daily aim, which is: give the best Service ever to our customer. I feel very sad, that we haven't reached our proposit in that case. Even so, we hope you can give us a second chance and try to stay a second time at our hotel. I'm sure, this time, you'll enjoy it. Yours sincerely, Jessica Lasser Manager Sercotel Cunit Suites & Spa
