We came here on our way from Tomar to Aveiro with only time to spend 1 night. Casa de Fatauncos is a genuine and yet elegant quinta situated in the hills and in a rural environment. Absolutely great! The hotel is in an old, very traditional house - it has a very nice decor and rooms, and a lot of lounges for relaxation. You can play piano, pool, table tennis - everything is free. It actually creates an impression of castle hotel. The room are a bit old as you would expect, but clean. The owner...

VERY hard to find, as it displays no visible sign or name on the building itself, its just a big white house - knock at the door and hope! The lady who looked after us was friendly but mostly absent. The rooms were ok, smelt a little...
