Lovely position, away from any street noise with wonderful views of the mountains. The present owners only arrived a couple of weeks before us and the young family are working very hard to make this hotel excellent! Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and stay again.

The hotel has incredible views of the mountains and the near by lake. Alex and his wife were extremely helpful and accommodating with anything we needed and made our stay fantastic. The rooms are clean and the food is great. The local wines available are also very good. Would stay again and will be recommending to family and friends.

This is a lovely little hotel. The facilities are reasonably basic, but the hotel has everything you need, and the proprietor was extremely helpful and flexible in the face of us arriving to check in at almost midnight.

We had a three night stay in April 2015. Absolutely stunning views of the Pyrenees. Close to Mirepoix. David could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Sylvia is a great cook! Thanks for a lovely stay.

I spent a week traveling around France with my family and this by far was the best place we stayed. The view was incredible and Dave and Sylvia were so kind and friendly. Also, it was a really nice change from staying in busy, inner city hotels. Very peaceful. :)

After a lovely first stay at the Auberge, my boyfriend and I decided to book again as we were driving to Spain in September. It just so happens that this location is _exactly_ half way from Paris to Valencia, and only a short detour from the highway :) The auberge didn't disappoint the second time around, quite on the contrary...

What elevates lodging from good to excellent rating? In the case of this auberge, it is the owners' service. David and Sylvia's attention to their clientele is superb. Here are some examples. When we arrived for a 2 night stay, another lodger was at the front desk while David assisted him with printing his boarding passes. We were given a...
