Stayed one night in family suite, very comfortable, owner very accommodating and helpful especially as we added another child to our booking whilst there. Well cooked breakfast, everything we needed was provided at a good price.

We stayed for one night and received a very warm welcome, and enjoyed a first class stay. Mouse the owner was so friendly and ensured we felt home from home. A lovely family suite with a nice breakfast in a homely setting. Highly recommended.

Fantastic quiet B&B out of the hustle and bustle. The owners couldn't be more accommodating. Friendly and always keen to help. We stayed many times this summer arriving very late and leaving very early. Never a problem. Enjoy your stay at this top notch first class B&B.

A warm welcome. Excellent breakfast. Ideally situated between Thetford Forest and the RSPB reserves on the Norfolk coast. Near to Kings Lynn for access to large shops, petrol stations and supermarkets. Good value.
