Our quiet guest house offers a variety of accommodations to suit your needs with 6 guest rooms, 2 studio suites & a garden cottage. We are just a 10-minute walk into Ganges Village where you'll find restaurants, groceries, shopping, the Saturday Market and Tuesday Farmer's Market, kayaking and live music. In the summer months, Ganges boasts a variety of entertainment for all ages. After a day of touring our beautiful island, relax on your patio or in our gardens before you venture off to dinner in town.
Such a relaxing, tranquil home with everything anyone could ask for super comfy bed, fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Ganges, beautiful gardens, games, puzzles and books for rainy days though we certainly didn’t have any of those and lovely approachable hosts. I highly recommend Wisteria! Can’t wait to go back.

Staff was very friendly with choice of cookies in the common area and several shared board games including Scrabble which we enjoyed. We stayed in the cottage which was charming and quiet including a functional kitchen. When we left my wife’s hat behind Len called us immediately but unfortunately we were already boxed in on the ferry so he kindly mailed it back to us in the US. Excellent customer service! Weather at Salt Spring island was nice and lots of restaurants and things to do for a few days. Enjoyed our stay.

Wisteria Guest House is a great spot near the quaint town of Ganges on Salt Spring Island. A short walk into town provides access to all the things in town but staying at the Guest House is a relaxing enjoyable time in its own right. Len and Kim are good hosts and make sure you have what is promised and what you might need as well. The accommodations are clean and well suited for a coupe or a family depending on what you’re planning. I recommend the Wisteria Guest House for your stay on Salt Spring Island!

This is a boutique guest house located a short walk from downtown Ganges. Yet it is just a shorter walk to a nice breakfast restaurant, a food market, and liquor store. We stayed in the cottage which would be our preference because it is quiet, somewhat isolated and surrounded by vegetation. Staying here is like going back in time - peaceful, placid, and secluded. Friendly innkeepers and quiet. Recommend.

This is a very well located bed and breakfast. Can walk into town. Friendly staff. Wish they were more flexible. If you arrive early and don't have a car, you can't drop off your bags early. Room next to kitchen had a great patio and lovely bath. Was surprised that it was a bit noisy late at night. Not sure what the noise was coming from.

The Studio has a great mini kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your own dietary choices. A quiet adjacent patio is the perfect spot to read your favorite book. It is a short, easy walk to all thing Salt Spring in the centre of Ganges.

Such a quaint room with a handmade quilt and lovingly collected antique white glassware. A perfect Saltspring vibe, beautiful gardens, and very kind, hospitable owners. I mean who doesn't want great directions, advice and warm cookies upon check in?

The ferry was late, so we were late arriving at the place. Len was there waiting for us already. He showed us the place and the common area; that was the last that we saw him. It's good that he didn't hover; we have had others that hovered quite a bit. The studio room was as pictured; the bed was comfortable, the pillows too. There was not enough area to put the bed covers that we didn't use, so at night we just put them by the closet in the washroom. Before we left, we just left the bed covers on the bed. We would have loved to fold them and store them properly but no space as I have said already. There was a cabinet to store things but not for the heavy bed covers. Otherwise it was okay. We just didn't want to make a mess because the place is beautiful and quiet. The kitchenette had everything that you would need for a quick breakfast or snack. The cable for TV was basic. The washroom was well stocked. However, the window in the bathroom was not screened so we had to keep it closed to keep insects from going in. Would have loved to keep it open the entire time, to facilitate air circulation. The cottage is beautiful, with the Wisteria plant in full bloom. Steve the cat graced us with his presence. He is so adorable and friendly, but not imposing. The cottage is about 1.2 km roughly from the center; about 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive. Good place to relax and soak in the place. Yes we highly recommend this place. Thank you letting us stay..…

Very lovely cozy establishment. Quiet. Clean. I loved the accessibility to town. Coffee and chocolate chip/peanut butter cookies in the main room is a lovely touch Only issue, there should be a grab bar to assist in and out of the shower/tub.

Thanks for the review, Shireen. I wish I'd know that you needed a grab bar though. We have one that can be installed upon request. It's mentioned in the information booklet in the room. Next time. Len
