Ten minutes from Vergennes ON Lake Champlain. Magical. Breath taking. Warm and gracious host, Paulette saw to every detail beautifully. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast! Comfortable, sparkling and inviting accommodations! Not to mention, a delicious breakfast!

Paulette is a warm and knowledgeable hostess, we felt welcome and comfortable and you can tell she loves the history of the area. We enjoyed a gourmet breakfast, a very comfortable bed a tranquil ambience and some great conversation. The view from the patio of Lake Champlain and the Andirondacks is breathtaking.

The view of Lake Champlain from the patio as well as from inside is amazing. Beautifully landscaped grounds, a quiet and relaxing spot. The large Stardust Room was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, huge bath and walk-in closet, with adjacent sitting/dining area, all nicely decorated. Paulette is an attentive host, but never intrusive. We started each day with a... More

I only got to stay a single night in this home but cannot wait to get back. Paulette was sooo accommodating and the view was tremendous. Breakfast was tremendous with a first "continental" course followed by full hot breakfast a short time later. I had dietary restrictions that were cared about and accommodated. This was my first visit to this... More

We loved our recent stay at Button Bay Bed and Breakfast. Paulette was gracious and thought of everything - from a small fridge with milk for a late night tea with chocolate, to extremely comfortable and clean lodgings. The breakfast was superb -delicious, filling and sumptuous. The location is exceptional with expansive lake views in a peaceful setting. We hope... More

My husband's search for an anniversary hide-away ended when he saw the views of Lake Champlain taken from the large guest room. We were delighted with the three day, four night stay. The views outside are as panoramic. Besides the views, the congenial, effervescent hostess was a delight who was able to work with our dietary restrictions. We appreciated the... More

We stayed in the smaller (cinnamon) room in the basement. There is a larger room, but it was $50 more. Accommodations were fine...bed is memory foam...very comfortable. Bathroom is private, but out in the common room...only minor issue. Larger room has an in suite bath. Breakfast was wonderful, view of the lake terrific, and the hostess was very friendly. Highly... My wife and I recently spent a weekend at the Button Bay Bed and Breakfast, and found the accommodations to be top-notch. The room and common area were spotless, the view was breathtaking and Paulett proved to be both a perfect host and a great cook. We'd definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We went to Vermont to see the fall foliage, and wanted a place to stay somewhere where we could go in multiple directions to "see the sights". It was a lucky choice that we decided to stay at the Button Bay B & B. Our room was very large and comfortable, with huge windows opening onto a glorious view of... More

This place is off the beaten path, but well worth the effort! It was dark when we arrived; however, we awoke to a breathtaking view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains! The breakfast was delicious -- nothing fancy, but quality ingredients and superbly prepared. Based on the scenery, comfort, food quality, and value, this is one of the best... More
