Wonderful hotel! Everything Designers Guild, rooms are good. 1 year a go the restaurant and bar were very good as well. Unfortunatly the Italian chef is no longer there. The staff has changed and the passion is somewhat gone. Swan Hotel, please pay attention and keep your standards high!! This hotel has potential to be one of the best hotels...

Food, service, and cleanliness was excellent, there is a pool to use but it gets very busy due to people not in the hotel using this and it has classes and lessons in there, made it difficult to use and be enjoyable. Thought would get clean towels on a regular basis but you dont!! If you want a lie in...

Beautiful Area, beautiful hotel, excellent stay here. This is such a beautiful part of England, excellent for walking, and hotel close to everything. Our room was excellent, with lots of amenities. Pool area looked good, never had the time to use it. Recommend

It lived up to my expectations - and possibly exceeded them. The location and setting were simply wonderful, the rooms well appointed and spacious, and the pool area was perfect to relax in after...

We attended this hotel for a wedding at the very end of May and I cannot speak highly of this hotel. Staff are friendly, courteous & very helpful. Our party had rooms ranging from suites to double rooms with or without children and every single room was spotless, well presented and comfortable. Rooms were slightly more expensive due to school...

We chose the Swan for its family friendly facilities and we certainly weren't disappointed! The room we had was lovely, but the whole stay was perfect mainly because our toddler was well looked after. Toys in our room, milk and cookies delivered to the door before bed, a lounge filled with toys (and comfy sofas for mum and dad to...

We stayed at the hotel with our three year old daughter and 18 month old son, our close two friends and their 6 year old son. The hotel was fantastic in every way, i have stayed...
