Fantastic B&B with a stunning Lochside location and modern comfortable rooms. Kim made us welcome in her home and cooked us a wonderful full English breakfast in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Hope to visit the area next year and would not hesitate to stay here again.

After 3.5 weeks here this was THE BEST BED,a comfy pillow top! We had a gorgeous, large room that was very tastefully decorated and a large bath with every thing we needed. We just had the porridge both mornings and it was delicious. We enjoyed talking with Kim and she had a lovely home in a stunning location on Loch...

We really cannot say enough good things about this b&b, but the two main stand-out points are the incredible view right alongside the banks of Loch Ness and also the amazing welcome from Kim & Andy, the owners of Kimcraigan. We also definitely saw 'something' out on the loch one evening out of our bedroom window! Being a definite sceptic,...

The rooms are very large and have views of Loch Ness. Everything is comfortable and lovely. Kim, the owner, is fantastic. She knows the exact right mix of hospitality and privacy. If you are visiting Inverness, this is the place to stay! As Kim says, "What's for you, doesn't go by you." Don't let this B&B go by you.

Wanting to avoid Inverness we booked in this villa along the lake, with a view from the bedroom over the Loch Ness. Good size room with 13,5 m2 and bathroom having 5 m2, but partly under sloping roof. The purple room was fully colour coordinated, including the flush water from the toilet. The weather was good and we had a...

I stayed at this BnB with several members of our family. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was great and the hosts were a pleasure. Much like our other stays at BnBs in Scotland, the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the area two nights. The location is somewhat remote but...

A fantastic little find on the banks of Loch Ness and a great base for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. Kim and Andrew could not have been more welcoming or helpful - ask their advice on where to visit and where to eat - they know the area very well. The breakfast was generous, filling and very yummy! We...

We had a lovely stay here in August 2011 for 5 nights. It was a bit off the beaten track if you want to be near Inverness, but that's why we chose it right next to Loch Ness. Very tranquil in the evenings and we would watch the salmon from our window making their way up the loch. Kim was...

I traveled with my Mom, daughter, and girl friend and we had two rooms. One room was a family room with a king or queen (not sure which it was) and a twin bed, with a full bath (including tub). The 2nd room had a queen bed with full bath (shower stall). Both rooms had views of Loch Ness -...

We stayed 2 nights at Kimcraigan B&B and really enjoyed the place. It is ideally located, with a stunning view on the Loch Ness and proximity to Inverness and Urquhart Castle. The comfort of the beds and quality of the bedsheets are simply unmatched. The breakfast was very good. Kim is a very dedicated host.
