Efficiently checked in by Bruno on arrival and when we entered our room on the ground floor which felt cozy and did not smell damp we turned the radiator off whilst we unpacked. Bed was fine, actually after 2 nights we realised that it was two joined together but did not experience the normal "fall through the gap" routine. There...

Having previously stayed here, my partner and I returned for a night away. I have to agree that it's gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's under new management or has been sold but it's not what it is was. Staff did the best they could and were friendly but the rooms were cold and smelt of damp, clearly with...

We stayed here last several years ago and had a fantastic weekend. So when our friends suggested we repeat the visit we jumped at the chance, but did not realise that the hotel is now under a completely different management and what a disappointment we had. If we could leave 0 stars this would get it. We like country hotels...

The location of the hotel is lovely. There is a wee riverside walk round the hotel which is quite easy going and enjoyable. The welcome from the staff was very friendly. Log fire burning , food delicious, room very clean and comfortable. Will be returning.

Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Management refused to see me to sort a problem out, the cooked breakfast was revolting if it was cooked to start with, the staff can’t explain what’s on the menu, wine list can be bought for under £5 per bottle from tesco’s, wine list only 4/5 bottles long and 2...

Dear william9146, We are sorry that you appear not to have enjoyed your stay. I personally spoke to your group on arrival in the lounge and on your last night in the bar. I actually bought your party a round of drinks. In both discussions I had with your party your party told me that they were happy and all...

Quaint countryside hotel in beautiful Perthshire. Staff are excellent and so welcoming. Great choice of fresh food. Perfect for a relaxing break in an area of outstanding beauty. Will definately be back to this little jewel.

We are just home from staying two nights at this hotel. It was so nice and relaxing. The room was nice and cosy. Decent sized bathroom. The lounge was so relaxing and there was a fire lit each day. The breakfast was lovely, just a nice portion. You toast your own bread and it was my favourite type, thick bloomer...

We were very pleased to reach our destination at the Bridge of Cally hotel after a drive in miserable weather but were warmed by the welcome we received and appreciated the tea/coffee and scones included in the two night Living Social deal. All staff, without exception, were very pleasant, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Our room was extremely comfortable...

Stopped to eat here on the way to Blairgowrie. Looked promising from the outside. Food was reasonable as well. But apart from that, well, the service was VERY slow, and the staff seemed VERY stressed and the impression was that we were not wanted here. The wifi and phone coverage was poor which Probably cannot be blamed on the hotel,...
