Insanely expensive for a bit of aprés ski in a joint that exudes the bland character of an offering in the corporate portfolio where the skiing experience at the resort is vertically integrated/monopolized in a most dystopian fashion. Instead, rent a cabin here, bring friends and make your own food & fun. If after ski is your thing then head...

Thought we'd give Sweden a try, as one of my old directors travels there a bit and thought it to be very well set up for young families skiing. I'd have to agree. Also wanted to try the SKi-Thru McDonalds! The setup is a bit different from the alps, with shorter ski days, but there are floodlit slopes out the...

The hotel has well designed rooms BUT the wifi connection provided was very poor at best. There is no way one can work or watch say Netflix in the rooms. Hotel people just raised their hands in response and said there is nothing they can do.. This frustration was shared by people from other rooms too, so it was not...

Off season, this large ski resort is pretty deserted and therefore good value. The architecture is a mish-mash and the views less than charming; it certainly can't compare to Many Glacier Hotel in Montana, for example, although the central lounge makes an attempt in that direction with its high ceilings, rustic timbers, moose head on the wall etc. There's quite...

Great service and great accommodation. Even though a lot of the facilities were not open yet, Jonas and his staff at Skistar made us leave as happy customers. We will continue to return here every year.

The great location made the whole experience a fun and comfortable week. My first experience of skiing was great has a great mixture of slopes so good for beginners and for the more experienced, as well as a cross country 15km track at the half way point a cabin to get a tasty waffel and a hot drink. Stunning scenary...

Had one of new 4 x 4 lodges with own sauna. Plenty of space and all mod cons, including washing machine and dishwasher. Like a Swedish Centre Park with an enormous outdoor hot tub which was magical at night whilst snowing. Ski facilities fab with affordable lift passes and ski hire compared to Alpine resorts. A real White Christmas, and...
