It started off badly - we had pre-booked and when we turned up with our 2 young children at 3pm, there was a sign on the door saying the reception would be manned again at 6.30pm. This after we had received an email which stated reception was manned 24 hours a day. And 3pm is not really an unusual time...

We stayed 2 nights here, not through choice but provided by organisers of an event were attending in Roedby. Looked quite large from the outside, very dated. Youth hostel / school children / hitch hikers accommodation would best describe this hotel. Reasonable size lobby / reception area. If you can rough it out, you probably would not have minded. Room...

I had to spend the night at this hotel due to a late arrival from Germany on a business trip in may. My choice was to either drive all night or to sleep over at Danhotel - I chose the latter. In retrospect I somewhat regret that I did not spend the night on the road. Danhotel is staffed by...

We needed a hotel close to the Ferry to Puttgarden after holidaying in Sweden. WE now had a little baby, so couldn't drive the whole way in one day anymore.
