stayed at the resort with our two small children for a wedding nearby. wanted to check in early and got charged 10$/hour to do that 🤔 never heard of that before. Room was nice. Breakfast the next day was ok , went to use the "waterpark" and right when we walked in we were immediately turned off by how nasty it was. sitting at the bottom of the pool was a bandaid and endless dirt all around the edges. needless to say we did not end up going in the pool, so that was kind of a waste. A little maintenance would go a long ways.

Overall a nice hotel, which seems to be undergoing some renovations eg: unfinished floors in stairwells, etc. room was OK , but nothing exceptional. Check in time was 3pm, but our room was not ready until 5:30 - desk said they would call, but we had to go back to registration and ask. Breakfast was a joke, only one lady working, when we got there at 9am there was no coffee, ham or eggs, ( the lady make more eggs when I asked) just make your own toast ,which is OK, rock hard pastry and cereal. The Restraunt for dinner was OK. Rooms do not get made up daily, or clean towels, unless you ask for it. Casino is on the small side, but closes at 11pm. No announcement made eg: ( we will be closing in 5 minutes, please finish what you are doing and cash out.). The machines just go black and you are done! We didn’t know what was going on - machines just stopped! We did figure it out, but were a little ticked off. Camrose is a nice little town , we drove around , there are nice parks and we checked out the residential areas, did a little shopping, and ate at a local Restraunt. …

If anyone in your party has difficulty walking and you do not have a wheelchair, this is not the hotel for you. The front desk is SO FAR AWAY from all parking spots, including the disabled ones. Like FAR. FAR. When asked if there was anything closer, I was looked at like I had three heads. There was no offer of assistance or any suggestions. It wasn't until I was heard desperately exclaiming as we struggled to the restaurant (AGAIN SO FAR FROM THE ELEVATOR! FAR FAR FAR!) that we were offered a wheelchair. SHOUT OUT GABE IN THE CASINO. GABE DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AND A BIG FAT RAISE. All this man did was listen and offer the tiniest yet BIGGEST gesture of help. GABE YOU DA BEST! GABE! The beds are incredibly comfortable and the AC was delightful. Our curtains were broken so I had to use my hair clips to get the blackout treat we all deserve at a hotel. The breakfast buffet had a lot of items to choose from. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We didn't access the pool but all the kids around seemed pumped!…

This hotel doesn’t clean your room until you’re there for three days. We were there for two nights so our room was not cleaned. We had no new towels or coffee or anything unless we asked for it and then it took forever. They say they do this to be eco friendly. Ya ok.. we all know you do it because you’re saving money by shorting your staff. They also say they have a free buffet breakfast. This is nothing but another way to insult our intelligence by serving a really bad continental breakfast and calling it a buffet. Disappointing for sure. The rooms are nice, but the not cleaning spoiled that. I was there for a sister weekend and the location was great but I don’t think we will go there again. As a society that takes our impact on the environment very seriously and in keeping with a more ecofriendly movement, we and many other hotels have recently moved to a more ecofriendly policy that has housekeeping clean rooms every third day or upon request from our guests. We are more than happy to accommodate any guest request for daily cleaning should we receive one. Accommodated our need for an early check in as we were hosting a birthday party from 4:30-6:30 and wanted some extra time to set up. Welcomed our guests and sent them up to our room when we did not make it to the lobby to create them. Our executive suite, Room 427, even had a four burner stove and a full fridge.

Always love coming here now that most of the renovations are done! Rooms are excellent and quiet. Reasonably priced and food is excellent at both the lounge and restaurant! We come twice a year and bring a couple with mobility issues and this is excellent as the casino and restaurants all attached indoors and easy assessable

Very nice rooms even under construction! Food was excellent in the lounge. Service at restaurant and front desk great. Very informative when asking questions. Definitely coming back next year on our regular trip! Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds.

Hotel under construction due to a flood front end check in/out staff not friendly, no glasses in the rooms and 1 regular room (2 queens) total cost $181 for 1 night! Unreal! Will definitely not price there going forward

I do not think you will be disappointed in choosing this as your wedding venue. We had a bit of a stressful planning process with the flood that happened in the hotel. The renos required were extensive and the process was long. However, they were able to pull almost everything together in the knick of time for us. The ballroom was beautiful, and the hotel portion just had some minor work to be finished. The staff including Melanie, Kelsi and so many others proved to be flexible and were dedicated to providing us the day we were hoping for. As long as your wedding is in their hands, I’m sure you will have an amazing time. Our guests loved the venue with the access to the casino and the food was so delicious. We are so grateful and incredibly happy that everything worked out.
