We chose this hotel for its location and made it our base for a few days while doing a driving tour through Normandy and Brittany . It was a lovely choice . A peaceful place to begin and end busy days of sightseeing . The village of Ploubazlanec is small and the hotel easy to find . Parking is directly... More

Our family of 3 generations really enjoyed our stay here. Spotless, well appointed bedrooms nicely furnished and from our second floor sea view room a great view to wake up to. And a balcony to sit on. We had four rooms together which was perfect for a family group and the rooms over the garden were also excellent. A very... More

This is a charming well presented hotel well at the top end of its class . We stopped off without prior booking and were given a delightful spacious garden room. Beds were really comfortable and breakfast was fine too. It was a wet day when we visited but the garden would be a delightful place too while away a couple... More

Situated a little way from the busy Paimpol this hotel is comfortable and quiet with parking immediately across the road in this small village. Some English is spoken and we were made very welcome. The room and bathroom were very bright and clean. Breakfast was a little limited in range, but perfectly adequate. There is a bar in reception which... More

Agapanthus grows freely in the little town of Ploubazlanac and around the hotel. On first sight the old grey, stone faced hotel looked charming and it was. As we had arrived early we were asked to return later at 2pm to check in to the hotel. We had driven from St Malo and were keen to relax in our room.... More

Nice hotel. Good eating nearby. We particularly liked the moules fisherman's diner at Pors Even but if you don't like moules the menu is rather limited. As an alternative Hotel Bocher which you pass on the way has a varied and reasonably priced menu. Hotel Grande by the port at Loquivy was also good. We loved this coast better than... More

Very friendly owners. The hotel is very charming and clean. Good quality french breakfast. Good location. In addition, the price was very modest for the quality of service and the good sleep you get! I would recommend this place without any reserve!

We stayed for three nights, and echo what so many have said about Hotel les Agapanthes. It's quiet, clean & tidy - we had a lovely room with a balcony & a view of the Bay of Paimpol. The Le Val Marin restaurant, almost next door, was excellent.

Quiet and very clean with excellent breakfast .good service and a pleasant welcome. No bar. Easy parking outside the door in the square. A little isolated for any nice walks but one good restaurant on the doorstep the val du marin was great. Good value for money, would return.
