Basic hotel, clean, friendly staff. Family run. Good location, close to the sea. The breakfast was a bit poor It can't be called an international breakfast. There wasn't even yogurt or fruit. Only two pillows in the room.

Back for the 3rd year it's welcome home to this family owned Hotel. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with a fridge, air conditioning and balcony. The beach is amazing, we usually hang out in the bar area playing board games and enjoy the traditional Italian cuisine made by the family chef!

It was our first holiday in S.Felice, which we enjoyed very much. Family hotel, a structure that is modernized little by little with attention and care; the rooms are large, clean, very simple and with dated furnishings but with the necessary comforts (a/c, large balcony, fridge available, no hairdryer). Daily towel change. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent cuisine, well prepared with fish every day and generous portions, delicious breakfast, the only small flaw we would have appreciated a few more local proposals. Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the sea, and from my balcony on the top floor I had a wonderful view. We had a really good time and if we are in the area, we will definitely return!

We return every year to this family-run beachfront hotel. Its strengths: cleanliness, beautiful views from the rooms, excellent cuisine and warm and discreet welcome of the owners. For those who love simplicity and relax.
