Eea Island it's a real "Mind Farm", a temple for the soul where the nature has no limits; sea waves caress white dolomite rocks, and the promontory gives the sky a different dimension, that doesn't last with the beautiful sight of the Pontinian Islands, neither with the romantic sunsets, that are available only in this part of the promontory. In this way, space and time, assume new descriptions, providing our customers with new landmarks.

Simply heavenly, we lived two wonderful days in a lovely place. What about the super helpful and courteous host, crazy chef, the brunch he offers his guests is not obvious. I hope to go back soon, I already miss it and we just left 😃

I stayed for two consecutive weekends in this enchanted place. This is a Villa overlooking the sea run by an exceptional host: Massimo, the host, gave us extraordinary hospitality fulfilling our every wish. Ideal for a moment of total relaxation, completely out of this world with just one “noise”: the melody of the waves of the sea!!!
We will be back again ☺️

Unique place of its kind, both for location and how it is managed. The feeling is to be "super pampered" guests in a Private Villa in a fantastic place. Immersed in the nature of the Circeo promontory, overlooking the sea, with direct access (cliff) is the ideal place to "unplug" (thanks also to the fact that mobile phones take little) and regenerate, being pampered by Massimo and Serena, perfect and attentive hosts.

We chose to stay at this amazing BB after reading Tripadvisor's reviews. We got exactly what we were hoping for:
A family run bed and breakfast in an amazing location, unknown, hidden, exclusive.
Furnishment of the house was simply amazing, it was like living in an adventerous world traveler's home.
The room we stayed in was simply furnished , very well cleaned with everything you need: air conditioning, tv, fridge and wifi connection on our balcony.
I spent a lot of time reading and just sitting on a small balcony in front of the sea ... really wonderful memories.
We hoped a dinner service was available, in order to not leave this paradise of tranquility.
Unfortunately we had to reach San Felice Circeo town, interrupting our full relaxing process.
The sea is fantastic! On rocky spots, with umbrellas and mattresses, easy access, great snorkeling.
We really missed having a bar service down by the sea, that was not good. When we were thirsty we had to go up to our room to get one from the fridge, because there is no one down by the rocks. Fortunately it was a short walk. Remember, always bring down water and fruit!
Another warning, the villa is far from everywhere which is great but you should have a car.
On weekends we were invited to the family brunches, and we really enjoyed this huge buffet, with a lot of different dishes, Italian and Korean:
home made bread and pizza, lasagni, fettucini, melanzane alla parmigiana, but also spicy pork ribs, rice noodles, kind of Korean sashimi, home made cakes and tiramisu' !!! Unbelievable. I would go back only for that brunch!! And it was free, they just invited us!
We really experienced something unexpected and new, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!!

This family run establishment is a cross between boutique hotel and a family residence. Beautifully decorated throughout the rooms and common areas, this is the perfect get away when you want to relax, tan on the private little piazzette carved from the cliffs, go for a swim in crystal clear waters or walk through the lush gardens.
The bed & brunch formula is a nice twist to the usual B&B format; at Isola d'Eea you are served breakfast on the terrace, whereas lunch is eaten with the family and other guests around a large round table. This is truly a place for international travelers who enjoy meeting like minded people, in a setting unlike anything you've seen. The hospitality of the Ferretti family is unique in its kind.

This is the only review we decided to post , because the place was really worth it. We never experienced such a good vibe, and we stayed in 7 different properties, in seven different areas!
Isola di Eea's simply real, as shown on the website: a magnificent position that dominates the sea, and a private descent to the sea. The villa is amazing, in every aspect or detail, you'll always find attention, culture and elegance.
We've been invited for lunch with the owner almost every day, a young man that for different reasons has traveled all over the world with very nice memories and plenty of stories to tell. The villa was built in the 60's during Italy's economic boom, and as Massimo says, probably in a different Italy respect to nowadays. Food was excellent, home made bread, pasta and pizza.
The owner's brother, is a head chef in a restaurant in Rome, but unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to visit it.
We stayed in Bouganville, which I really recommend for the following reasons: very spacious, private terrace with a magnificent view of the Sea, naturally fresh (even with 30 degrees outside we never turned on the air conditioner) and a large fridge for really relaxing private happy hours.
Just lovely and a spot that I would recommend to anyone I know.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for a week end, and never slept in such a beautiful villa. With a natural path, descending to the sea, on rocky spots. Blue and clean water, sun, and very good home made food. I will never forget how Massimo attended us, I'm sure he's a natural talent in hospitality. Hope to have another occasion to visit Italy, and come back to this paradise.
We'll miss also Kimbo, their awsome dog.

We loved staying at Isola di Eaa! It was so relaxing and peaceful, and the view of the sea was truly magnificent! We really felt as we were coming home and relaxed to the sound of the sea and just taking in the view and the stillness. The owners were really lovely, and the cooking surely amazing!

Everything about Isola di Eea is an exceptional and a delightful surprise. Approaching the house you do start to wonder just what you’ve booked as the tarmac disappears and you drive down a gravel road into the national park. When you arrive and walk through the upper patio and see the uninterrupted ocean view you quickly know you are somewhere special.
Your hosts, Massimo and his parents clearly care about their guests having a relaxing and pleasant holiday. They are not intrusive but are always happy to answer any queries you may have and the service is attentive and efficient.
Massimo’s mother prepares the most wonderful buffet lunch which instantly became the main focus of our day! Home cooked Italian and Korean dishes sat happily beside each other. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished.
Overall we did not find anything we did not like about Isola and would definitely return.

We had part of our honeymoon here and loved it! It was just perfect for us - lovely and quiet, very friendly, hospitable owners, relaxed, amazing food, beautiful location. It was a unique experience and one we very much hope to experience again. Car hire is essential though to get there but it was an easy 2hr drive from Rome airport.
