A wonderful and welcoming place, very nice and surrounded by citrus trees and flowers, with a corner reserved for the hot tub to end a relaxing day, ideal for a quiet and serene holiday. The apartments as well as the whole structure are always clean and spotless and well cared for. The hospitality we received from the Staff was truly exceptional, always available and courteous for anything. Excellent breakfast service especially the always fresh delights prepared by Mr. Lucia. There is free use of bicycles, with which you can reach the beach just 8 minutes without thinking about parking. Thanks to everyone, including the beautiful and affectionate dog Nina for making me feel especially my 2 year old son at home. Un Bacione e a presto!

I spent the weekend there and it was absolutely perfect! we had the suite, thus very large. The apartment was completely restored and nicely equipped with a modern kitchen. The shower area in the bedroom (with a round bed) also very nice and color therapy installed over bed, in the room and in the shower. The garden around is very well kept by the owners and there is a jacuzzi and beds to relax. Tables and veranda outside as well. Parking included. Very near to beaches by car or if you are a biker, by bike. The breakfast rich and pleasantly quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Nice setting, very peaceful surroundings, close to beach. Very nice and quick breakfast service to get you out on the beach early. Close to beach, need to travel by car or bicycle to the beach. Many choices of beach establishments to choose from once you’re at San Felice Circeo beach. Closely located to a number of restaurants and pizzeria’s. Ended up booking for another longer weekend!
