This "resort" has the potential to be very good but it misses out on some key details to make it better. Maintenance - all around the resort could be better More seats and shade at the pool A kiosk poolside that is actually open. A regular maid service- we were there 10 nights and only saw them once (we did...

We booked a three bedroom apartment with a private pool for a week in August 2015. Not cheap: € 2400, so we expected it to be quite luxurious and nice (like it appears on the marketing material of the agent and on the web site). The resort is well designed and planned, but it seems that something went totally wrong...

Having read some less than complimentary reviews we were a little concerned as to what we would find, though to be fair the most recent posts were better. I am pleased to say we had a really nice stay. On arrival, we checked in without any issue, very friendly helpful staff. Our 2 bed house was very clean and well...

Resort was beautiful with pathways covered in lavender. We stayed in villa 172 which had amazing views from the windows looking out to the fields and mountains beyond. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area was a great place to hang out and socialise with family especially with those gorgeous french doors leading out to the patio and pool...

Our second time visiting this place. This time we opted for a slightly larger 2 bedroom house. The main differences being quieter A/C (which had been an issue the first time around) and a washing machine. The extra space downstairs was also better but the bathroom had been bigger in the first house we stayed in with a large bath....

Our second time visiting Les Jardins, and also this visit was very nice for the adults and the children! We had one 3 bedroom villa with pool and one 2 bedroom house. Worked perfectly, as each family could have their own house, but at the same time we could use the larger house for dinners in the evening. Go for...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom house last summer. The interior looks exactly like in the pictures on the website. The decorations are in tune with the surroundings and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. That said there is also a lot that needs improvement in order for the property to be really worth 5 stars....

This resort has a lot going for it, it is located slightly off the beaten track but within easy reach of Carcassonne and more importantly Narbonne and it's excellent Les Halles and good restaurants. Some great beaches not too far away, try Port Leucat but go to the village for lunch. However, it is badly in need of an upgrade,...

We chose to stay at LJSB because a friend had told me that The Tour de france stopped there and that it looked good. My wife and I wanted to drive around so we had a hire car and the location of it couldn't have been any better. The village it is located next to is sleepy and a bit...

I had read many reviews before staying which made me apprehensive for our arrival.I had requested a village house close to the reception ,which was honoured. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything(and more) that one would need. The beds were firm but very confortable and all of the family had peaceful nights sleep.the air condition units were not over noisy(as...

“Location of villa 172 was great and quiet. The 3 x bedrooms upstairs have lovely views with uninterrupted views.”

“The two bedroom houses are placed next to each other. Good if you are several families travelling together, as you can have one house each, but still sit outside on the terrace together in the evenings! The 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses are facing the vineyards and have an unspoilt view. Nice to have the private pool and a larger garden.”
