As couples arrived we were given tea on the lawn, Drinks later, followed by an amazing dinner where everyone including the hard working owners Kathy and Martin. sat around one big table. It was just like a house party with friends. The conversation so interesting we all stayed up and carried on next morning for breakfast! During the past 12...

This B&B is my favourite of all time. Wonderful garden to relax in, warm and friendly hosts who will do everything to make your stay a happy one. Fantastic restaurant quality evening meal (don't book elsewhere if one of Kathy's meals are available!) - Kathy and Martin eat with you with fun conversation. Both times we have stayed, we have...

Staying with Martin and Kathy on our way down to the Lot is far more than just a convenient stopover. It is something special that we always look forward to and is guaranteed to make us feel better and more relaxed than when we started our journey. You won't get any better than this. Incredibly welcoming and friendly, Martin and Cathy are fabulous hosts. A perfect stopover on our journey to the south. The room was great, bathroom even better but......dinner was incredible. Restaurant quality food in a relaxed setting. Sitting under the gazebo, with a beautifully decorated table, we were served with 3 delicious courses (none...

We were able to stay twice this year and have never yet (in 8 stays) been saddened by our stay other than the fact that we have to leave! Le Canard is a comfortable drive to and from the channel ports and you can be assured of a warm welcome and a cold beer. Kathy and Martin always put on...

Martin and Kathy made us feel at home immediately, and we were able to relax and settle in before drinks and dinner with our hosts and other guests. Kathy cooked up a storm with a 4...

I booked this B&B as it was enroute to our gite in the south of France and after reading all the rave reviews on here. We had a lovely experience that certainly lived up to the hype. We stayed for one night in the Manor suite which included a four poster bed (super King size) and a small single bed...
