I have eaten in the restaurant on quite a few occasions and the food has always been excellent. However this was my first time to stay overnight with my 2 daughters to celebrate a 30th birthday and I have to say the room was brilliant and the staff as ever were very helpful and friendly without exception. We visited this hotel for a family wedding which was first class from the wedding meal to the night reception. We visited the following day for cocktails, the frozen strawberry daiquiri is Fab!! The hotel itself is clean, modern and very cosy in the evening and has a beautiful view from the front.

The hotel enjoys a great location on the promedade overlooking the bay. We had room 108. a huge room with great vista over the bay. Interior design of the room was spectacular as evidenced by our photographs and on arrival we fully expected to award 5*. In the end there was the odd minor frustration with the room. The shower...

Beautiful food with efficient service, we got the mixed platter for starter which was yummy and just enough before our steaks came! Steaks cooked to perfection and all sides (chips, garlic potatoes & onion rings) were perfect. A beautiful meal in a beautiful location.

My husband and I visited for weekend. In our bathroom we had no place to put our toiletries, I mentioned this @ reception and suggested a chair/small table would be great. In actual fact they went out and bought a locker for bathroom( which I did not know was new until we checked out). This in our opinion was excellent...

We stayed at the hotel on May Day Monday, which also happened to be my birthday. I had been given the stay as part of a gift. On arrival we were too early for check in so we ate downstairs in Finn's Bar and Pizzeria. Excellent, quick service, great food and a very comfortable modern bar /restaurant. We then got...
