First time in this Hotel, and upon our arrival, Vjollca Gjikolli at the reception provided great customer service, and been very helpful in all queries. Petrit, the other staff suggested us a great restaurant, Art design. A must go. Great food, great music (80's). Vjollca suggested Al Forno restaurant, and we are here now, enjoying the italian food here. The...

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Only complaints were: Poor lighting for shaving in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs and a coffeetable.

Staff were always very friendly and smiling, and I found them to be especially helpful except in one case--see last paragraph. It was a very comfortable hotel. It is a great location for seeing everything in town. I think it was a good value hotel for the price I paid (55 Euros per night inclusive taxes, breakfast buffet, balcony with...

A wonderfully relaxing stay at the Dukagjini hotel in June this year. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town with the river on one side and the main square with pedestrianized streets in front. Only seconds from local cafes, bars and qebapatores. I found it an easy to do walk from the bus station, it took 15...

The best hotel in town with all the services you need : spa, laundry, restaurant, bar… Very central and not difficult to park. Rooms with international standard. Clean and comfortable. International food at the restaurant ; also perfect place to have a drink at night. Good value for money.

Very nice hotel, looking at the standard in town this hotel is in its own league. Restaurants and bars on site, centrally located in the middle of the city center. Easy parking outside was free. The breakfast was ok but not outstanding. Room ok, bathroom extremely small. Best place in town. A bargain compared with what we paid!

Stayed here for one night on a tour of the Balkans with Penguin Travel. It's a gorgeous hotel. Our room was huge with a separate sitting area. It was great! It was very clean, modern and so comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location is handy. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and it was amazing. The menu was...

This is an OK hotel, certainly the best option in Peja. However, by no means it's a 5 star hotel, as it purports to be, but rather a decent 4 star. My room was relatively small, electricity had to be activated by card so that I had to wait--in sweltering heat--half an hour to get some AC . Likewise, lighting...
