This was by far the worst resosrt ever. The room is big and seems nice, if you don't mind dirty sheets. In the bathroom there were no clean water, the color of the water was brown and one day we stayed without water for the whole day. Not only in the room but in all resort.

We visited Bella Isla from March 3-10 2019 and overall had a very good time. Cayo Largo offered the best weather I have ever experienced in Cuba, as well as the best pina coladas! The rooms in the main building were perfectly good rooms on the third floor with an ocean view.

I’ve been on quite a few trips, all different places and all different resorts... Bella Isla in Cayo Largo was the worst by far. I wouldn’t even usually complain or take the time to leave a review but I would discourage anyone from waisting their money or time going to this

A small resort and very easy to get around. You can go anywhere in 5 mins. The food was very limited, cabbage salads, no fresh fruit other than pineapple except one morning they had a few bannanas which were rather beat up. Omelettes were typical and good. Tip the cooks, they

Realmente bello!
Detalles que marcan la diferencia.
For a la carte's you book near the front desk at 9 am. She's not there for long. Not allowed to eat in the ballerina section. Their guests complain and you will be advised.

Are toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, cream) in the room? Just trying to plan for packing. TY
Yes there is hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion. I liked the shampoo. They have beach towels for the pool and beach. But dont lose one or it will cost you $25 😁

Fridges weren’t stocked but they bring around a big bottle of water every morning when servicing room. there was one outlet the same as Canada in bathroom. We stayed at Bella isla and you can go to every resort to look they put a bracelet on at check in so they know what resort you are staying in but we still went to different resorts. About coffee machines I’m unsure but a few of the bars made delicious coffee.
