Nestled on the beachfront, the Mediterranean Beach Hotel offers a modern ambiance with live entertainment, although it might not suit all tastes. While guests have called out the hotel's prime location and varied amenities, there are concerns about the pool bar's sluggish service and gym overcrowding. Opinions on value are mixed; some criticize the high costs and noise levels, despite clean rooms. Service quality fluctuates, with commendations for cleanliness and helpfulness but also slow response times. Sea view rooms are a highlight for their comfort, whereas street-facing rooms sometimes fall short due to noise. Cleanliness throughout the hotel generally receives high marks.

Despite difficult circumstances this is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff are the most friendly and genuinely caring hotel staff that I have come across - from the waiting staff in the restaurants, bar staff and it was the easiest check in that we have ever experienced with complimentary welcome drink. The hotel was very quiet due to the current pandemic but facilties are very good. We has a massage and a pedicure and they were good value and excellent. We were eating on half board and that represented great value - although note that not all the restaurants are open. As it was quiet it was easy to get a table or sun lounger so I would really recommend travelling now. the temeparture was perfect and the sea was warm. Ideal for families or couples looking for a quiet get away.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel Mediterranean Beach Limassol and check in was quick.
First impression The reception and foyer area looked bright, clean cool and grandeur. We were helped with our language to our room by porter Oliver, who was friendly and helpful. Our air condition was playing up so within 2 minutes we were given another room and help was also offered. The sea view from our room was brilliant. The choice of hot and cold food from the breakfast buffet was amazing. We had a choice to eat breakfast inside or outside. Our room was cleaned every day. There were sanitiser stations at almost every entrance. The swimming pool area and the grounds were kept immaculate. The swimming guards were always around to clean and help us put up the sun umbrellas and assist with drinks. The gym staff were friendly and the gym was clean and cool.. The evening meal buffet was also amazing and every evening was a theme from a different country/culture.
The restaurant staff were very friendly, and also knowledgeable about the food they served. Nickolas the waiter was very good and made sure we had everything we needed and seated comfortably. Yana the front house staff was also excellent. We give credit to all the staff especially working all day attending chores with face coverings on. I strongly recommend this hotel which catered and has everything and above all the excellent staff. We had a lovely and enjoyable holiday. Many thanks Christine and Dave. X

Our recent stay at the Mediterranean Beah hotel was superb. We celebrated our second wedding anniversary and we felt happily spoiled by the entire hotel staff.
We had a room with sea and pool view that was very comfortable and very clean. The reception team are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Guest service went the extra mile to make sure we had an incredible and memorable time for our anniversary. The F&B team are incredible, they make you feel super welcome, little things like remembering your name and your breakfast drink order from the second day onward
Incredible attention to details and very warm and friendly atmosphere – exactly what you need when you are on holiday. In regards to these new COVID times, we felt very safe. All employees wore face masks at all time (including outside areas), there were plenty of sanitiser dispensers in key areas and respected social distance was practised.

If you are planning to go to Cyprus, you should book this property!

We arrived on Tuesday Dec.31 late after noon ,at the reception there was an old guy who was speaking on the phone while we waited did not look us in the eye did not smile and a matter of fact never smiled the whole time we were there ,a lady came from the back office to help and did the paper work and gave us the keys to the room 239 ,the way to the room by the third floor which is the lobby floor you walk about 200 to 300 meter and then take the elevator down to the second floor and then walk another 150 to 200 meter to the room.Except for the people that met us on arrival the staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotels has indoor and outdoor swimming pools a private beach and more. The breakfast was very good and has variety of different choices.and a lot of restaurant to chose from, a bar in the front that had problems with mixing cocktails,I asked the waiter for Vodka gimlets ,he did not know what I was talking about I asked for brandy alexander neither gin nor the lady bartender knew what I want.
To sum it up it was a nice four star hotel ,we enjoyed our stay as a family there and do recommend it but before make sure about the location of the room because some one who has problem walking this could be a disadvantage.

This was one of the most beautiful best hotels I have ever stayed in .
The great welcoming, the lovely helpful staff , with their smile willing to make your stay unforgettable.
The rooms were very clean , the reception, the pool , beach area , lobby restaurants…. Everything was clean and had lovely smiling employees.
I won’t forget to mention Mr.Costas the reservation manager who did everything to make us happy and satisfied of our stay .
Grazyna, the receptionist was our sweetest Angel…
The moment we checked in to the hotel she received us with her beautiful smile , did all she could to make our stay memorable.
Although I gave her a hard time with our demands, she was always polite and nice and her beautiful smile was always shining.
Nadia , who was the guest relations manager was so kind…. Asked all the time if everything was ok , if we needed anything, she was there everytime we needed advice or help.
There was a bus station next to the hotel 2 minutes walk…. Line 30 that goes to the center and reach the final station / The mall.
U can have good dinner at the hotel or go and eat outside the hotel.
The breakfast was super, nothing missing…. Various food fruits, vegetables, cheeses, lovely tasty desserts and I won’t forget the lovely chef lady who made our omelette every morning with lots of love ❤️
The ladies who cleaned the rooms were so clean , kind and trustful, we used to keep all our valuables things on the table , and everything was always there when we returned back to our room .
When u asked her for an extra towel or sheets or laundry bag she always brought it with a big kind smile .
There are 2 shops across the hotel Incase you needed to buy drinks food ice-cream with a fair price .
By the way , in the hotel you can also find some shops jewelry shop with beautiful stuff and great prices, and a gift shop with lots of beautiful and traditional stuff also with good prices.
In simple words everything was perfect , u deserve 5 stars hotel.
Thank u all for making our trip unforgettable.
Hope to stay with u again in the future 🌺❤️🙏

The sea view rooms I think are the best. Sun all day if that's what you want, and early in the season it is great. We found the room well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our needs. The water in the bathroom was always hot and the towels were, of course, bath sheet size. The staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful and if you can book a massage in the spa. I did and it was excellent. The buffet restaurants were the only ones we tried and found plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner. Local restaurants aren't too far to walk to and neither are the small supermarkets or a pharmacy. We hired a car and did our own sightseeing as the roads were easy to use and the hotel offered parking. All in all we found this hotel great and were really pleased we chose it and will definitely return.

This is not our typical holiday, but with travel restrictions, this seemed a good option.

We were a little apprehensive about what to expect, but overall it was a great experience.

The entire resort was impeccably presented, no dirty corners and very well maintained.

Service was generally good (although the reception and housekeeping had a complete lack of consistency) the restaurant waiting staff were excellent.

I was a little surprised to see buffets in the current environment, but this was the only option for breakfast and most evening meals.

We had taken a full board package and have to say lunch was the standout meal. Al a carte 3 course if you wanted from a pretty extensive menu. Breakfast and dinner by buffets, breakfast having no variety (pretty extensive offering, but a couple of poor quality items), dinner was allowed for no option for started and desert and a 'themed' buffet.

What I did not appreciated was the cost charged as the specialist dining (the Italian was the only one open and only on a Fri and Sat Evening). A 10€ discount was made for having full board (although they charged you 27€ for the buffet dinner) which seemed unreasonable to me.

Many of the facilities are closed as the hotel has so few guests during our stay, but the positive was that there was plenty of space everywhere.

The other main negative was the cold temperature of the outdoor pool meant it was not very pleasant.

The resort is located well out of Limassol, but the bus is only 1.50€ each to get the 15 or so minutes into town which were pretty quiet.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 7 night stay at this hotel, booked via British Airways.

The hotel has placed significant measures to deal with COVID, such as slots for gym with limited capacity, hand sanitisers, room service requirements as well as all staff wearing masks. This was described by Yana, who made sure the trip went smoothly from the first minute to the last. This made me feel very safe.

I was most impressed by the quality of lunch and dinner at the Nautica restaurant. The HB lunch menu was excellent(salmon fillet and king prawns personal favourites). The dinner buffet by chef Christos and team was equally impressive, with different themed nights(really enjoyed Asian theme). Andy, Angela and the rest of the team made us feel very welcome.

I also enjoyed a full body massage which was very relaxing as well as regular visits to the newly refurbished gym. The spa team were always in good spirits in this tough time.

Minor Negative - Some areas of the hotel could do with some updating such as room bathroom and communal decor.

Will be visiting the hotel again in the near future - would very much recommend as a very good hotel in Limassol with a great price point.

We have just arrived home from this hotel after a wonderful holiday, and we can’t speak highly enough of it! We only booked it the week before so prices were quite high in general but this seemed to offer the most value for money from the research we did.

When we arrived, we were put in a twin room so we asked if we could change to a double, they were fully booked that night but said they will move us first thing in the morning which they did. We moved to a beautiful sea view double on 6th floor so views were amazing. Although the hotel was full, it never felt like it as there were so many different areas that you could go to, which meant it felt really safe with regards to Covid and provided a nice relaxing atmosphere.

We generally love eating out but we decided to book full board here as we weren’t sure what restaurants were around, we didn’t regret it but I do think there are enough nice restaurants nearby if you don’t book full board. Breakfast was always lovely, lots of options and variety for everyone, lunch was our favourite at Nautica, the chef (sorry I can’t remember his name), he was so lovely and always made an effort to explain what each dish was, always so fresh and a varied choice. Dinner was also excellent with different themes each night and often some live music which was a great touch.

Our only complaints were that we booked this with the hope of going to the Japanese restaurant, but when we arrived we were told it was shut which I couldn’t see explained on any websites, and also for the Italian or any a la carte menu, you had to pay for it even though we were full board which was a bit surprising, they do give you €10 per person off though. The Italian was delicious, and quality was like a restaurant you would get in London so was worth paying a bit extra.

The quality of everything they do here makes it stand out to me, the cocktails every single time were incredible. Especially at the Blue Bar, in my opinion, the best cocktails we have ever had in any country. The choice is great, but the taste and quality is out of this world. Happy hour between 6 and 7pm meant that you were only paying €4 per cocktail!! Always served with nuts or crisps which is a great touch before going in for dinner. The frappes at the pool bar were incredible, as well as the pineapple pina colada.

Finally, the best part about the hotel is their staff. To us, every single person was friendly, welcoming and happy to be there which makes a difference. They always ask how you are and service generally was very quick. A special mention to Andy (spelt Andys) and Angela who served during breakfast and lunch, they made our trip! They went the extra mile for us, and it really made the difference and would be our main reason to return here. They were both extremely welcoming and friendly and made it such a positive stay, so thank you so much to those two and we can’t wait to see you soon.

Apparently the hotel is being refurbished over winter (although not sure how much they can do as it’s already really nice), so we will definitely return once it’s complete.

Thank you to the Med Beach for a great holiday!

On the first day of our stay we found a dirty sock on one of the chairs. We reported it to reception and they apologised and replaced sheets and towels whilst we were outside for dinner. The following day, upon check out, we were asked about our stay so we mentioned our complaint in shock! Nothing was noted down, no written apology by the hotel's administration, nothing! They even said that the reason nobody recorded this was because the Customer Relationships Lady was away that day! Unacceptable and we will definitely not go there again, not because of the sock but mostly because of the poor management of such an incident!
