We were on a Buy a Gift Experience for 2 nights and paid an extra £40 for a larger room and bed. The room (10) was peaceful, large and adequately furnished for our needs, with a superb bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were included. The bed and pillows were really comfortable too.We ate in the restaurant and the food was...

We used a voucher we had been given for our silver wedding. We chose the Manifold Inn because of its location and because it has dog-friendly rooms. The staff and service were excellent throughout our stay Friday to Sunday. Food and breakfast were great and the room terrific. Would recommend it for a Peak District stay.

We felt very welcome at the Manifold inn, the staff were really kind and helpful. Our room was to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we will hopefully return in the near future. As we went a bit further north to climb Kinder Scout for the day, having a packed lunch provided from the hotel...

We ate here twice whilst on a recent trip to the Peak District. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly hello, the staff couldn't do enough to help. The food was delicious and the price was very good. The pub has a warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant staff, lovely food (especially the breakfast) and warm feeling in the pub by the fire. Dogs being allowed is a nice touch. We stayed in room 11 which was an upgrade but totally worth it. In the out house, huge bed and walk in shower, with views of the countryside. Will certainly revisit.

We have stayed at The Manifold Inn twice and on each occasion we have had a lovely time. The bedroom was large, comfortable and extremely clean. We like the location as there are lots of great walks nearby. On both occasions we have had an evening meal and the food is very good. We had an excellent bottle of fine...

We had a brilliant weekend at the Manifold Inn. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Everyone that worked there was helpful, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the pub both nights that we stayed and had really nice meals throughout. Breakfast was also excellent. We'll definitely be going back.

Visited over the weekend wanting some food. Soon as we got there we were told that they had ran out of roast lunches, it was only 2pm. Enjoyed the starter but the main was disappointing. Some of the food looked as though it was a microwave meal and the portion sizes are very poor for the money that you pay....
