Set amongst olive trees and with wonderful views of the countryside, this place almost forces you to relax. James and his staff are wonderfully attentive whilst remarkably unobtrusive and combine to produce gorgeous food which is enjoyed in the most stunning of settings. There is an effortless perfection in everything that goes on here. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here...

i have been privileged to stay in many lovely hotels all over the world but in terms of tranquility, relaxation and rustic charm this is the best hotel i have stayed in. Everything about this hotel is excellent, the location, the staff, the service and the food. If you are looking for a break to recharge the batteries which is...

Our third visit and won't be our last. Fantastic location and we stayed in the new family suite which was recently finished - beautiful double room with an extra 'bed on a platform' and a separate lounge with a single bed and sofa which was easily enough room for us grown-ups and our two girls. One of the things that...

We had a very relaxed four days here. Owners and staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. No need to stir from the hotel if you don't want to (except Sunday when it doesn't do a lunch or dinner - an excellent opportunity to try one of their recommendations for a restaurant nearby). Couldn't fault it, very likely we...

This hotel more than lived up to our high expectations. From the moment we arrived, when we received the warmest of welcomes, we felt at home. The setting is terrific, with views across the countryside and mountains. The hotel itself is charming, with every comfort. Breakfast, served on the terrace, and dinner, served on the roof terrace, were delicious. At...

Stayed here on the recommendation of friends who stayed last year. Our room was very nice but only one small problem for us,it was a twin rather than a double, however the positioning, views and size of the room made up for this. If converted to a double this would be one of the best rooms in the hotel. The grounds...

We were very fortunate to find vacancy at the finca when booking our vacation. The reviews written are spot on. It is a relaxing stay set in an amazing piece of property. The house is full of history, tastefully decorated throughout, peaceful and quiet. It is a great place to base yourself for exploring the mountains and for hiking. Though...

The reviews drew us to the hotel and we were not disappointed. James and crew were brilliant. Our suite was great, roomy and combined old charm with modern comforts such a modern walk in shower, food was varied and very good. Gardens relaxing and spacious with a lovely pool to cool off in. This place is heaven. 10/10.
