The resort is situated right on Anahim Lake, looking out onto the water. The door to my room faced the lake, the surrounding trees, and the sun as it rose in the morning. Room was very clean. The restaurant at the resort was extremely good: much care and detail was put into amazing food. Great portions for the cold weather!...

Stayed at Eagle's Nest for two nights on a drive from Bella Coola to Williams Lake. Beautiful situation overlooking Anahim Lake and mountains beyond, the garden, set on high ground above the lodge, had comfortable chairs allowing guests to relax and enjoy the views and have a drink. Our room, beside the main lodge was comfortable and well equipped, rustic in appearance, good...

I arrived at Eagle's Nest Resort during the Christmas Holiday - off peak season, and was thoroughly impressed and happy with my stay. The setting was beautiful, even breathtaking, and the staff were warm, friendly and about providing great service. For those looking for a tranquil setting, and great service, I highly recommend Eagle's Nest Resort for that peaceful retreat...

I stayed here for three nights while working in Anahim Lake. My room was charming and had everything one needs for a a working visit. The scenery is beautiful. The food in the lodge is fantastic. Kudos to Tim for providing excellent hospitality even in the off-season.

It was our 20th Anniversary and a between us a unplanned trip..I don't usually plan ahead of time..I'd like the surprise element on a journey...but I did identify Anahim Lake as the place I wanted to stop over on our way to Bella Coola Valley. We were visiting friends in Hagensborg.. who have a great place...which I will review next.....

This isolated resort is on a beautiful property. Our room was extremely small & the 4 walls of wallpaper shrank it more, but it was comfy. Free Wi-Fi and did work in this remote location. Could have more outside lighting for after dark. Manager was very friendly. Fridge in room & coffee maker. No TV in our room but others...

Overall a pleasant stay - the resort is older and a bit tired in places, but acceptable if a bit overpriced. Agree with another comment that the breakfasts should be included - and dinner was quite expensive ($140 for two with just one drink each) and the extra charges added up. (no way they should be charging for a paddle...

Thank you for your review. We're glad you had a pleasant stay at our resort, but would like to respond to some of your comments. We're not sure that offering free airport shuttles, free canoes, free bicycles, and free breakfasts would work well for us unless we radically increased the price of our rooms. We were happy to pick you...

Our room had a full bathroom (not all do) and was very clean and comfortable. The meals in the dining room were excellent. This is a quiet lodge where relaxing and great sleeping comes naturally! There are some local trails, and, of course, the option to drive to Bella Coola. I'm sure there are also fishing and hunting opportunities -...

I stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour. My room was one of the riverside log cabins which was simple but comfortable and the wonderful view made up for the absence of en suite facilities. Others in our group had rooms in the main building with bathrooms so I would advise checking carefully before booking to...

I stayed 2 nights at this resort. The staff could not have been more helpful in helping me with details of my trip including arranging a flight over the Rainbow Mountains and someone guiding me on a hike to the Hunlen Falls. They were friendly, chatting about local life, medical services and the wildlife etc to allow me to learn...
