My husband and I just spent 6 days at Casa Bahia Hotel. The experience was excellent. the staff (Andrew, Brenda and Chelo) was very friendly and helpful. We got to meet the owner Greg Wood who lives on property and ensures his guests want for nothing. The meals were very good. The hotel is clean and the grounds well kept....

The owner, manager and their staff are super accomodating and make sure you feel at home. The rooms are nice and clean. There are hammocks, sofas, and chill-out areas. If you dont feel like walking the five minutes down to the beautiful beach you can always take a dip in the pool. The views of the ocean, beach and surrounding...

We stayed here in October and loved it so much, on our way back we stayed again. Our first visit was two days and turned into five. The hotel has a new owner that we talked with at length about many new changes they had made. The owner and staff made us feel very welcome. We were offered rides into...

The hotel is large enough to offer everything you are looking to find in a hotel: bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub, lounge area, surf lessons, etc. It is also small enough to allow the staff to focus on the needs and wishes of the individual guests. We originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 days - and...

We stayed at Casa Bahia for one night only, but felt like we had found a paradise just for us. The hotel staff was very laid back but accessible, and made us great drinks and snacks. The hotel gets great breezes off the ocean - sitting outside in the evening (or at the pool) was lovely. The beach is a...

We stayed two nights in Casa Bahia Hotel, which is now called Bahia Family Adventure and Surf Hotel. Rooms were clean, but a bit outdated. We had tv, AC, etc. No complaints there. Linnens were a bit old though. Breakfast and the salad we had were way below average. Salad with beef was literally: greens, a quarter tomato and some...

We have come a long way. Everything you point out here, Carmen, is true. We listened and acted. Under new management, over the past 6 months we have renovated the hotel from the ground up: new car, floors, pool, roof, chairs, restaurant furniture, water heaters, air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, beds, sheets, curtains, towels, ... you name it. We would...
