Aux abords des rivières où l'impressionnant moulin de Fourges fonctionne encore, il faut prendre la route des crêtes direction sud est, où on découvre avec émerveillement le Prieuré de Maialen, où Brigitte, meilleure cuisinière par Gault & Millau, nous propose sa table d'hôtes avec sa cuisine 100% maison. Son mari, amoureux de la musique, a aménagé une salle de concert dans la grange avec bar, billard et juke box années 70. Un bond dans le temps :)

Lieu superbe, avec un grand jardin et une magnifique piscine pour se rafraîchir. Venus pour le week-end, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Chambre très confortable, douillette et reposante avec de nombreuses petites attentions ainsi qu'une jolie salle de bain attenante, très fonctionnelle, le tout dans une bâtisse pleine de charme. Enfin, un délicieux petit-déjeuner nous attendait ce matin sur la terrasse : jus et fruits frais, confitures, cakes et yaourts maison. Un très beau souvenir, merci encore de votre accueil !
