What can we say that others haven't said a thousand times before? Yes, it is an oasis amid the din. Yes, the food is lovely--morning and evening --the bungalows comfy and serene. But it is much more than the sum of its parts. Peter and Pai have created a beautifully designed, well thought out village where people from everywhere end...

Wow, wow, wow. Travelled with my adult daughter and Secret Garden helped her to see the true experience of travel, meeting amazing people and sharing culture. It feels like Secret Garden is your home and Peter and Pai are your friends. Peter and Pai have created an oasis, a day here feels like three in terms of relaxation. The communal...

We stayed here for two nights after spending one night in the centre of Chiang Mai. It's a bit of a drive away from the centre but well worth it if you fancy staying in nice bungalows for a bit of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Pai and Peter who run the resort are...

We planned to spend 3 nights at Secret Garden but liked it so much that we finally stayed for 6. The place is beautiful, Peter&Pai are perfect hosts taking care of you as if you were family member, the food is great, altogether a highly recommended place and great value. Chiang Mai is only 15 minutes away if you have...

Stayed here for 5 nights recently and can safely say that it is something unique as a place to stay. Peter and his family, and staff make the experience special from the moment you arrive and picked up from the airport, until you leave and are dropped off at the airport. The place is a sanctuary from the hustle and...

Everyone we met while staying at Secret Garden booked due to the great TripAdvisor reviews, and the place did not disappoint. Peter picked us up at the airport and trundled us back to the compound -- we did not know what to expect and were like wide eyed kids as we watched the world go by from the back of...

We spent 5 nights at the Secret Garden and had a wonderful time. Pai and Peter are taking care of their guest in every which way and are always there if you need something. The Secret Garden is bigger now than its website says. Peter build another 5 units around a new pond. These units are great for 3+ parties....

After a long trip thru Southeast Asia, we spent here 4 days. The experience exceeded our expectations. Our spacious little house hided behind the trees of the lush tropical garden. All over the place, you find little pieces of art, which give the hotel a special cosy athmosphere. The owners, Peter and Pai do their utmost to make you feel...

Staying at TSG helped make our trip to Thailand a holiday of a lifetime. Peter and Pai will make you so welcome that you will truly feel at home from the day you arrive. NOTHING is too much trouble. If you are looking for a relaxing time at the end of your trip to Thailand then TSG is the place...

Myself and 6 friends stay in for 3 nights in December 2009. Not luxury but for the price you pay it's one of the best. Peter and Pai will do anything for you. Only complaint is it's a little noisy at night (dogs barking mainly).
