Booked an 8 day inclusive activity holiday with Artizan Travel UK, which were superb. Reading other reviews we did take snacks, packet soup etc but ending up not using any and leaving them behind as the food at the hotel was plentiful, and superb. Breakfast(scrambled egg, sausage etc),plus continental, three course dinner(when not on safari) and three course evening meal. All buffet...

The staff and reception especially Heidi went out of their way to help. The cabin was warm and cosy and had its own sauna. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was very good too.

We came here from Australia to celebrate a white Xmas and have a magical holiday that we can carry with us the rest of our lives.. (& of course be one of the best mum & dads Eva!!! 😉) We booked a tour through 50 degrees north. We had a few teething issues but they were very helpful in sorting...

We stayed in cabin 25 by the lake (fits two ppl). This is the closest one to the main building so from the bed you can sometimes catch the internet. Otherwise internet is only in the hotel building. The cabin is cozy and really warm, bed is comfy too. Some ppl complained there cabin was 1km away so make sure...

Originally founded by nature friends Suomen Latu, this stylish and cosy hotel still retains the original close by nature feeling. Don't expect the usual good midclass accommodation with comfortable rooms, good service and tasty local dishes; this hotel offers more: a perfect comfortable shelter for nature and outdoor sports enthousiasts for whom the hotel is the warm home where the...

The hotel is situated at a nice place, there is a spa and free sauna in the hotel. The room was rather small, the bathroom was nice and clean. The dining room is not very cosy. There is a bar but drinks were not served there. We had very nice activities like huskysledging, snowscootersafari, reindeersafari and icekarting. The farewelldiner was very good....

We stayed in one of the chalets closest to the hotel which was just over a five minute walk away. It was clean with good facilities including its own sauna, which was very welcome when you returned from a couple of hours chilling on a husky sledge. You could buy a litre of milk from reception to make tea and...

Stayed in the cabin for a week for the first time in Lapland. It was a great experience for the two of us. Everything was well prepared upon arrival. The sauna in the cabin was amazing! However, you will have to pay 10 Euro for a bag of fire logs. Having said that, this holiday with them was truly wonderful!...

Hotel Jeris is idyllically placed on a lake and by a national park. The hotel's facilities include bar, restaurant, spa and equipment hire (snow shoes, cross country skis etc). You can go for a dip in the lake (the ice is broken to allow this) then head into the spa overlooking the lake...not something we did but others did and...
