Me and my husband visited way back in 2014 (TripAdvisor won't allow me to select a date that far back). We visited in February and it was completely covered in snow so perfect for all the excursions we had planned. We stayed in one of the log cabins with a private sauna and it was quintessentially Finnish! The cabin was...

We booked this as a package with 50Degrees and it was just a sublime experience. Aside from the minor glitch of the transfer driver leaving without us on arrival at Kittila airport (he came back to retrieve us), this was a faultless adventure trip. Travelling with my husband, a friend and my daughter, we stayed in one of the family...

We visited here through a winter adventure trip with Artisan Travel and can thoroughly recommend both the travel company and the hotel. The activities we took part in were phenomenal - a full day (80+km) snowmobiling, overnight husky safari driving our own sleds, reindeer sleigh riding, cross country skiing across the huge lake that the hotel sits on the edge...

spent one night here before airport transfer. Room was basic - 2 small single beds and also quite noisy from other people, very poor lighting - seems to be a feature of the country!, no kettles in room and hot drinks expensive so worth bringing your own travel one. Nice to have a bath in bathroom as well as shower....

We had a small cabin (Jeris Family Cottage B) , two adults in bedroom downstairs, 3 kids upstairs in loft (would have fitted 4 easily). Loft ladder/stairs tricky to climb, so wouldn't recommend for young children though, mine are 10, 12 and 13. A useful drying room with large electric dryer plus underfloor heating in the cottage kept us cosy...

My husband, two children and I had a wonderful time at Hotelli Jeris. We booked the Jeris Family Winter Cottage Adventure with Activities Abroad and from the first contact everything went so smoothly. My children are 8 and 11 and have been on many activity holidays in other countries. they are very physical children and therefore enjoyed the activities on...

Cabin 26 was really close to the frozen lake and outdoor sauna. The inside of the cabin was well designed and the sauna was brilliant. Inside the cabin there was plenty of storage, a dishwasher and microwave, fridge, kettle and all mod cons. The was even a drying cabinet in the lobby which was great for drying out clothes. The...

We stayed in one of the private cabins linked to the hotel, which are basic but pleasant and in a fabulous winter forest setting. We had all our meals in the hotel, which is also where all our activities were organised from. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the guides were just amazing-knowledgeable, passionate and friendly....

Booked an 8 day inclusive activity holiday with Artizan Travel UK, which were superb. Reading other reviews we did take snacks, packet soup etc but ending up not using any and leaving them behind as the food at the hotel was plentiful, and superb. Breakfast(scrambled egg, sausage etc),plus continental, three course dinner(when not on safari) and three course evening meal. All buffet...
