went to leens today as I had heard alot about the menu. Had the chicken maryland as its a dish I love. for the price €17.95 it was too pricey, You could go to any restaurant in Tralee/Listowel b4 6p.m and get a better dish for this price or early bird. While I did eat all my dinner a gravy/sauce...

On the bus line from Limerick, so quite convenient coming from Shannon airport. Communication while making the reservation took a little work. I tried emailing twice, once directly and once through an online form, but never got a response. I eventually made a phone call from abroad. Check in. It just seemed odd that they ask for so much information...

The staff in this place make it a good place to stay but it's also the only reason I would. The hotel is very dated. The room smelled of smoke. There was a smoke detector on the ceiling that was covered with tissue - interesting! The room was tiny but adequate for me. Wifi was appalling - intermittent at best....

The furnishing could however do with a bit of attention. The food was very traditional Irish hotel food but good and substantial.I had a very thick beef burger served with 3 scoops of mash potato, carrots...

Three of us stayed at the hotel for two nights recently. It was a return visit having been here about ten years ago. I have to say that not a lot has changed, and that's good. The hotel is exactly as expected for a small town in western Ireland,. The rooms are functional, but prefectly adequate, beds comfortable and the...
