My husband and myself spend 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Beautiful hotel, a perfect place to relax but also experience the lively town of Tequila. The restaurant serves great food the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful large rooms with the best of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent. The location is only a few minute walk to Centro Tequila. We were also fortunate enough to have a tour of the adjoining tequila distillery, El Tiquileño. Tony, who gave us the tour is a third generation distiller who still makes tequila in the traditional way.
What an honour to be amongst the newest guests of this recently opened, fully modern Case Salles Hotel Boutique. Each staff member went above and beyond in gracious hosting. The hotel arranged Distillery Tequila tours, including their own El Tequileno (Mexico's best kept secret), which is housed next door. Their court yard's Mango trees shades the grounds, and is the inspiration for the restaurant, named "Mango" where an impressive menu full of deliciousness awaits. Then there is a sap, pool, sky bar, and roof top- where you can view your authentic Tequila sunrise. I will return ASAP with my children.
We stayed at the Casa Salles for 4 nights to explore the historic tequila industry and to enjoy a multi-generational family vacation. The traditional tequila-making facilities of El Tequileno are right next door, and we learned from the master distiller himself the techniques his grandfather passed on to him. We loved being in the heart of the old distilling area, surrounded by agave and old historic buildings, but the hotel was a retreat to quiet and modern comforts. The pool, spa and outdoor bar pampered us after long days of exploring. The rooms were exceptional - the design and quality carefully thought out with top-shelf tech and materials. We also enjoyed the exceptional breakfasts and the kindness and courtesy of the wonderful staff. This place had all the right ingredients for a relaxing but interesting and active family gathering in one of Mexico's amazing 'UNESCO towns'.…
