We loved our 5-night stay at Sunshine Villa B & B, Lesley and Fred are really wonderful hosts: kind, generous and welcoming. Their villa and grounds are inviting in all aspects, with an enjoyable hot tub set in the cedars, to relax in after a day of exploring!
Lesley serves an exceptional breakfast with fresh-baked muffins that we couldn't resist:)
Our room was a nice size, the bed was comfy and we loved our view of the bay, especially the sunsets.
There are several quaint seating areas to relax with a glass of wine, morning coffee or visit with other guests or the hosts. Our hosts gave us great info on the area, which added to our experience. We really hope to return to this beautiful area and these most delightful hosts!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in May. We were looking for a b&b within easy reach of the Snookumchuk Rapids and Princess Louisa Inlet Boat Tour from Egmont as well as the Ferry Terminal in Earls Cove. Sunshine Villa is an easy 25 minute drive away. This southwest hacienda style b&b situated on expansive acreage with views of the Georgia Strait was just the place. Leslie welcomed us to her gorgeous home . We stayed in the Elk Room on the 2nd floor. Leslie has not spared the attention to detail with design and amenities. We highly recommend this property. It is as close to perfection as you will find.
For a traditional Italian restaurant we recommend Ruby Lake Resort just a 15 minute drive north.

WOW, I don't know where to start. We decided to take a quick overnight trip to the Sunshine Coast and stumbled upon Sunshine Villa B & B when looking for a place to lay our heads. Lesley and Alex were amazing from the first email interactions to phone calls, to check in, service and check-out. The villa is spacious and very well appointed. Beds and pillows top notch and comfortable and each room had several (yes more than one) luggage racks to accommodate all our stuff. We didn't get to see the master bedroom with en-suite as it was occupied but I’m certain it was as comfortable as the rooms we had; in fact, I saw the other guests enjoying the large balcony at the front of their suite. We made ourselves at home in the sitting room and when we were ready, had a snack and played games at the small table in the corner. In fact, they had an old school stereo system that I knew how to use!! The decor was subtle, homey and relaxing.

The continental breakfast had such a selection. Bread, bagels, English muffins, pastry, 10 different cereals (yes, almost all of them we healthy) yogurt, juice but best of all, the selection of jams and honey from their own community. Finally, a wide array of teas and coffee to round it all off.

At this price you would reserve all 4 rooms and take the whole family or a group of friends and experience a home away from home. Hurry up, call Lesley today and make Sunshine Villa B & B part of your Sunshine Coast getaway.

Our stay at Sunshine Villa was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled on a sprawling 9-acre property, this place offered a serene and welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, always going out of their way to cater to our needs and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a full day. We were also impressed with the amenities provided, which added to the convenience of our stay. To top it all off, the breakfast each morning was delicious — a fantastic start to our days. We highly recommend Sunshine Villa to anyone looking for a delightful escape into comfort and hospitality. We can't wait to return!

Leslie was so friendly and accommodating for our one night stay on our way ro Powell River and Desolation Sound. Her home is spacious and comfortable as was our room. We had use of common areas on two levels, hot tub and enjoyed a nice breakfast before departing. The scenery and recreational opportunities in this area are second to none.

This quaint B&B is just off the highway in Madeira Park. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms are comfortable and well set up with soft bedding and comfortable beds. There is air conditioning which is lovely at hot times.

We drove into Madeira Park late at night looking to crash for the night. I called Sunshine Villa and the loveliest, friendliest woman helped me and offered us a room. We arrived late, but were lucky to have the place to ourselves. Alex, the kind host, set us up in the CUTEST raccoon themed room, set up the fire place for us, made us hot tea right away: what a welcome! The next day Alex greeted us with a wonderful breakfast after our rainy, early morning hike. Fresh baked pastries out of the oven, large massive selection of HOME MADE jams, great coffee... Oh and the house is stunning, so nice, all the amenities, hot tub outside on a gorgeous patio... I can't even tell you how beautiful, well organize, clean and nice this place is. We really REALLY loved it there.

I was looking for a place to spend the night in Pender Harbour while introducing a visitor from Ontario to the beauties of the Sunshine Coast. For whatever reason, Sunshine Villa B&B wasn't showing in my search results. We had almost booked a different place when a final search of the Sunshine Coast Tourism website took us to this gem. The villa is a work of art (architecturally and in terms of the decorations in the animal-themed rooms), the beds are super comfortable, the hot tub came in really handy after a day on the trails, and breakfast was nothing short of sumptuous. With so many books on local topics tucked away in nooks and crannies around the house, it's a shame we only spent one night here. I will definitely be back and hope TripAdvisor and other websites do a better job of advertising this place. Thank you Alex for the hospitality!

My family and I recently spent a weekend at Sunshine Villa B&B in Madeira Park and were thoroughly pleased with our experience. The house is spacious, extremely well maintained and very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and the linens of top quality. There was even firm pillows and soft pillows to allow each of us to enjoy our sleep. All the little extras, such as robes, outdoor slippers to go back and forth from the hot tub, coupled with the quiet and secluded location combined to make this a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. We will definitely be returning here.
