From the moment we walked through the door the staff at Hotel Stauder did all they could to make us feel welcome. A family run hotel for many generations, they took great pride in their work and the service they were providing, offering suggestions for walks, notifying guests of local markets and taking an interest in where we had been...

A very friendly family run hotel in a central location. We had a large room with a view of the mountains. The food was excellent with a good choice for the evening meal and buffet breakfast. Lots of walking routes from the hotel or alternatively using the local bus service.

This is our second stay in Dobiacco and Hotel Stauder. As before the staff are so friendly and helpful and Dobiacco is a good location for a walking or cycling holiday. The rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size and the garden was enjoyable for dinner as well as pre dinner drinks. The Stauder family welcome definitely added to our...

Whenever we are in this part of the Dolomites we make Toblach (Dobbiaco) our base. As such, Hotel Stauder has always been our hotel of choice for many good reasons. It is well located at the edge of the village, accessible by car from 2 sides, has good service, very nice and clean rooms, and serves good food. Internally the...

We stayed here as part of a walking, cycling holiday and enjoyed our stay. The owners were friendly, there are bicycles available for guests and a small attractive garden. Good location near the town centre. The hotel has 3 stars and is clean & comfortable, the only thing I would have changed is the lounge area which would have benefitted...

We stayed a week in this hotel situated just a few minutes' walk from the bus station in the center of town. The owners and the entire staff were very helpful and more than accommodating. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked with fresh, tasty pastries as well as good cheeses, meats, fruits, etc. The half-board dinners were varied and truly delicious...

My wife and I stopped here after a two week hiking trip. This is a very comfortable, friendly, well-equipped family hotel just off the main street. It's in a quiet area, not that Dobbiaco is in any way rowdy, and the food is first-rate. We ate our evening meal in the hotel gardens on a lovely July evening. Our room (no....

A fabulous family run, nice little hotel with a personal touch. We had a large and clean room and really good breakfast. The hotel manager and owner was very helpful.
